Part Time Technician (Filta Fry )

The Route Service Tech has a prescheduled route, with anywhere from 3 to 7 customer stops to make in a day. The average stop is 1 hour but can be as little as 35 minutes and up to 2 ½ hours. The tech always deep cleans the fryers in the kitchen with a food safe, biodegradable degreaser and scrubbing tools/devices/pads along with a high temperature vacuum. The oil will either be micro-filtered with our micro filtration unit at 350 degrees and under pressure and then recycled by the tech or removed and disposed of. The cleaning portion of our service occurs when the oil is either filtering in our machine or after we have removed the used oil for disposal.

The route service tech has three primary duties:
1. Micro Filtration of Cooking Oil at 350 Degrees with our Special Micro Filtration Unit
2. Deep Cleaning of Fryers with High Temp Vac and Special Cleaning Tools
3. Disposal of Oil
