I also need a water softener removed from old house and moved, then hooked up, at the new house.

Help Desperately needed (Missouri)

Please do not flag this - I am being sincere as I can be and we are at our wits end.

I know that everyone is having a hard time right now so we aren't the only ones. I just don't know what to do though. I am working so hard (2) jobs and we just keep getting further and further behind. 3 members of our family are unemployed and have been looking for work to try to help out but they cannot find jobs and they are not eligible for unemployment.



My husband was working (2) jobs but that all came to an abrupt end 1 1/2 weeks ago due to H1N1 and a nasty case of pneumonia on top of that. We almost lost him. Now he is not working and his 2nd job basically put the groceries on the table. We don't know when he will get to go back to the job. Copays and prescription costs have taken everything that we have and more.

I am not wanting a handout, instead we are needing a handup. My propane is almost out and we heat and cook with propane. I still have a balance owing on the bill so we cannot get more til it is paid off. Cold weather is right around the corner and I am sick with worry with my husband recuperating from being so sick.

If anyone has a job, or knows of one. PLEASE LET US KNOW. We are stretched with transportation but hopefully can work something out if a job opens so that we can get some of our family members working so they can help out with the bills.

We are really truly struggling right now and I have searched high and low and cannot find any programs or assistance that can help us. I feel badly about putting this out here but I just got my husband out of the hospital and I don't want him to end up back there... and I'm sick with worry over the impending cold snap that will eventually be on us.
