Will monitor to ensure that staff obtain the required 36 hours of trainings every two years, which includes monitoring of required and/or assigned trainings on Essential Learning.
•Responsible for the development of individualized training plans for staff and to facilitate weekly supervision meetings to ensure proper training of staff. Responsible for completing and maintaining documentation of these supervisory meetings per CARF/DMH/company regulations.
•Complete all evaluations and required status notices in a timely manner.
•Schedule and facilitate a minimum of monthly staff meetings and/or trainings. Complete and maintain documentation of these meetings and/or trainings per CARF/DMH/company regulations.
•Ensure program and agency procedures are occurring with UA processes and that staff are properly trained.
•Ensure staff is properly trained on facilitation of educational groups and completion of required documentation according to all CARF/DMH/agency Standards. Will help facilitate an evolving programming schedule.
•Participates in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings to providing feedback and to facilitate ongoing communications between rehabilitation technicians and the treatment team.

Pulmonologist - NE Missouri

We offer an excellent salary of $262,000 a year. Join one other pulmonologist in an office practice and coverage of an eight (8) bed ICU. The ICU is open and there is not in-house coverage required. Excellent benefit package which includes, CME of $3500 and one week off. Malpractice, insurance, health and pension, 403B, annual dues, 457F additional retirement plan. Physicians must live within 20 minutes of the Hospital.

This Medical Group, a division of the Regional Hospital, is a growing multi-specialty physician group. It currently consists of 28 employed

The School District is rated “accredited with distinction in performance” by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.

Knowledge and skills
•Graduate of an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school.
•Completion of an approved residency program in specialty.
•Board certified or board eligible in primary specialty, certification desired.
•Unrestricted license or eligible for licensing to practice in Missouri.

Salary / Benefits
Five (5) days per year for professional meetings and reimbursement of up to $3500 if board certified. Hospital shall provide professional liability insurance. Hospitals employee health insurance program and pension plan. Compensated time off
Hospital shall contribute $200 monthly, on behalf of physician, to a retirement plan qualified under the Internal Revenue Code (403(b)). Hospital shall reimburse physician for annual dues to one primary and one specialty organization in which physician chooses to maintain membership. Physician shall have the option to contribute to an additional retirement plan qualified under the Internal Revenue Code, in accordance with the most current plan description for similarly situated physicians employed at the Hospital (457 Plan). Must live within twenty (20) minutes response time of hospital.
