We need workers with verifiable forklift, electric pallet jack, squeeze/clamp truck and slip sheet lift experience needed. Also need workers with floor unload experience. This is a fast paced unloading environment where the minimum wage is $8.50/hr but is also on a team pay structure where hard work can put everyone in the $10.00 - $11.00/hr range. We currently have an opportunity available for a CPRC (Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center) Community Support Worker Supervisor at our Kirksville, Missouri location.

The incumbent of this position is responsible for the supervision of a team of employees providing access to community resources for individuals with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders onsite or in the community.

Essential Job Functions:
Under Clinical Supervisor/Program Director/Vice President guidance, will work to establish effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served. Participate in selection of offsite sources for needed services not provided by the program, informing other agencies about services offered by PFH. Complete monthly file review for the program, ensuring that DMH/CARF standards are being maintained as well as monitoring compliance with program and agency Quality Improvement Indicators.
Follow-up with any deficiencies during weekly staffing meetings and assist staff with correction of deficiencies.
Provide oversight for billable services, completing spot checks on accuracy of staff productivity to ensure that services rendered are appropriate and clinically justified. Monitor progress notes for DMH/CARF/PFH regulations such as DAP format, reference to treatment plans, entered within time frame, etc. Develop annual training schedules for Community Support Workers.
Will coordinate with Clinical Supervisor the scheduling/facilitation of required In-Services, monitoring of staff completion of annual trainings and/or assisting staff with identifying outside trainings when appropriate.
Complete and review written reports to referral sources as needed in a timely manner.
Promote integration of clinical and community support services and works as a team leader.
Correct any file/charting deficiencies within appropriate time frame.
Adhere to weekly direct service expectations.
Ensure that community support staff are representing the agency in a professional manner and maintaining the appropriate contact with client/family member/referral source/outside entities.
Develop program schedule and ensure that client rights and responsibilities are maintained.
Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies to provide comprehensive services to the client and client’s family when needed.
Monitor program budget by reviewing service delivery, management of services that pertain to expenditures of allocated funds and review units of service for each client. In collaborative efforts with other site management team and Program Director, develop quarterly fiscal projections.
Provide uninterrupted coverage in accordance with licensing standards by scheduling staff, arrange substitute coverage during staff absences, and approve staff leave requests in a manner that anticipates program needs.
Monitor and follow up, if needed, with all crisis calls occurring outside of program hours.
Complete employee evaluations in a timely manner. Provide clinical direction and supervision, perform corrective coaching and maintain weekly supervision records as well as individualized training plans.
Ensure that all policies and procedures are being implemented to guide and support the provision of services provided.
Recommend any policy and procedure changes to assigned Program Director.
With assistance of fellow site management team members, develop and implement QI measurement system to assure and promote continuous improvement as a team. Oversee team approach to increase communication, examine any complaints and develop plans to address program concerns.
Assist Program Director in quarterly reports and indicators.
CPRC Program: Participate in staffing of assessments/annual assessments ensuring evaluations are completed within the time frames established.
Provide face to face crisis assessment as required.
Ensure all CSWs assigned complete treatment plans and quartiles within the designated time frames.
Monitor and maintain productivity/direct time requirements.
Demonstrates interest in long term and short term goals and objectives of the company.
Other duties as assigned by designee or Senior Executive Team member.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of case management and rehabilitation methods, principles and techniques as they relate to mental health and substance abuse treatment services.
Knowledge of the problems encountered by persons with mental illness and/or substance abuse disorders residing in the community and how to access the various community resources available.
Knowledge of the methods and modalities as well as the legal requirements and court procedures related to treating mental illnesses and substance abuse.

Meter Technician (Columbia, Missouri)

The meter technician position maintains electric service by installing and testing kilowatt hour meters, kilowatt demand meters and new large power installations. This position reports to the Metering Supervisor. This position is primarily a field position, but a significant amount of time will also be spend in an office environment in order to fulfill job requirements.

Primary job functions are, but not limited to:

• Verifies the accuracy of all kilowatt hour and kilowatt demand meters to maintain accounts receivable and cooperative revenue.
• Ensures large power consumers are accurately billed by verifying readings, metering points and preliminary billing reports.
• Maintains accurate kilowatt demand meter installations by inspecting and testing Current Transformers (CT) and Potential Transformers (PT).
• Investigates meter tampering and testifies in court to represent the cooperative’s interest in legal matters involving meter tampering as required and necessary.
• Maintains CPR inventory, testing and programming of all meters.
• Maintains the accuracy of all single phase meters via Boone Electric Cooperative’s testing procedures.
• Assists other Meter Department personnel with meter connection and disconnection.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Required:

• Must have knowledge of personal computers, metering software and GIS applications.
• Must have knowledge of REA Materials Specifications and the National Electric Safety Code.
• Must possess or acquire knowledge of system geography within a reasonable amount of time.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of metering, meter repair, installations and basic electricity.
• Must possess a strong commitment to internal and external customer service.
• Ability to solve complex mathematical and technical problems.
• Must be well organized, and possess strong time management skills to prioritize deadlines and schedule workload.
