I have a black kitchen laminated top it is a special order laminate with special rolled edge and textured feel to mimick stone it is new, It had no backsplash and I was going to do tile but after installing decided to change to a backsplash type. This is nearly a $1500 top. Top measures 13ft long with a 6ftx3ft island, other section is 6ftx3ft and a 16 inch section. Any top shop can recut this to your dimensions. My new top is exact top just with backsplash.

I have quite a few new dome

shaped light fixtures for sale. These are quality fixtures made in the USA. They have a fluted Glass globe and take three bulbs, up to 60 watts each. If you have switched over to CFL's, you can use three 100 watt bulbs with no problem. These measure 14 1/2 inch in diameter and 7 3/4 inches deep and have a polished brass finish. Don't like polished brass? You could easily paint these any color you want. They sell for over $50.00 each at the lighting stores! Do a google search for that part number, and you'll see. I'll even make it easy for you, here is the link.
Don't confuse these with the cheap, made in China fixtures you see at the home improvement stores. Those have plastic globes and only take two bulbs and sell for twice what I have these priced at.
These are great in hallways, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, really any room in the house. They would make a great replacement for that bare bulb in the garage! If you live in a mobile home with low ceilings, these are wonderful because they mount flush to the ceiling.
I have priced these so low because I need the room they are taking up. When they're gone, they're gone, so act now and save yourself a bundle!

New 50lb box of 1&3/4" of neo head nails(Sell/Trade) (Moberly) $150

I bought 2 boxes of these when I was putting up my shop and did not even use 1 box of them. These are the nails that have the rubber washer on the heads of the nails and have the ridges on the nails to hold them in tighter. They are used when putting metal on a wood frame building. I have an unopened box that still has the plastic bands around it but I can not find my ticket to return them. I have checked with Moberly Lumber and these sell for $237 plus tax per box now so I am wanting $150 CASH for this box delivered up to 10 miles from my home. The buyer must have CASH, I do not deal with checks or money orders of any type. NO EXCEPTIONS. Dream Cabin! 1880s Full 2-Story Log Cabin, Dismantled, Good Condition (West of St Louis) $6000

Here's your dream cabin to put up on the Back 40! We have an 1880s, full 2-story log cabin, dismantled. 20 feet by 21 feet square. Logs are numbered and stacked and ready to put back up. This log cabin was covered with numerous layers of siding which really protected them from weathering. The logs would be considered to be in good condition, but they are OLD. Each log is numbered and numerous sketches and photographs will aid in the cabin's reconstruction. THIS SALE IS FOR THE LOGS ONLY. This sale does not include foundation stone, porch posts, rafters, joists, doors, windows or anything other than JUST THE LOGS. The logs are properly stacked and supported, covered with tarps. We are not able to assist with loading them on your trailer, however, they are located next to a gravel turn around site that is easily accessible in all weather conditions with a large trailer. This cabin was taken down in the Hermann area. We were hoping to rebuild it in Rocheport, however getting it to pass local building codes has become tedious, and it is time for someone with the skill, interest, time and money to give this excellent cabin the future it deserves. The photos show the cabin during deconstruction. It looks pretty bad b/c we were removing all of the siding that was covering them up. The logs are pretty clean now, and we do have several replacement logs to include in the sale price. The drawing of the cabin as it can look is included to give you an idea of what is possible (the original cabin does not have the additional lean-to addition, but that is what we had hoped to add to pipe HVAC/and add kitchen/bathroom in the lean-to portion. 11 solid wood doors (44" wide) (Moberly)

I have 11 doors that were taken out of an office building. They are heavy solid wood 2" thick, 44" wide doors and are all dark color. They do not have any hardware on them or frames. They would make real good workbench tops if you need one. $20 each unless you want all of them then I would make you a deal on them together. trailer axles with wheels and tires (brazito) $150

Have a set of tandem trailer axles complete with all springs, hangers, brackets, hardware, wheels and tires. All you need to build a trailer besides the steel. Both of the axles have brakes. I removed these from a mobile home with the intent of building a trailer, but have since changed directions. These axles are in good working order and all four hubs spin free. The tires are 14.5-8's. One of the tires has some weather cracking but still holds air and one of the others has a slow leak. The other two tires are in good shape. call or text 573-690-1036.

Rubber Concrete Stamps - Price Reduced! (Columbia - South Central) $800
