Looking to Relocate (CC/Port A)

My wife and I are looking to relocate to the area. I am semi-retired (fun personality with silver grey hair and a "few" tattoos) . I am looking for a place to live in exchange for my expertise in building maintenance. My ideal would be in cottages, home rentals, duplexes. I am burned out dealing with large apartment complexes. I have over twenty-five years experience as lead maintenance for apartment properties. I am EPA Certified. My talents are air-conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing and pool repair. I can paint, drywall repair, texture and caulk, and not above grounds maintenance. I can fix almost anything (except for broken hearts)!

My wife will also be looking for employment as well. She has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry (health, life, disability, supplemental plans) as well as office management, administrative assistant and cashier experience (hey she ain't young either, with a "few" tattoos also)! Oh, did I mention she is also a redhead with freckles???

Seriously, I used to live in the area around 15 years ago and managed Sunnyside Kennels and Farms. I miss the area and want to move back. I am tired of the fast paced, big city "Austin".

My wife and I will be on vacation in the area from November 25th through November 29th, in case you would like to meet. We can send resumes and referrals upon request.
