We are a 50 year old, well established, locally owned company with various business operations in the five state area that is looking to expand. We have created a new position that we need to fill. This position has one main function and that’s to bring in new business. What kind of business? Any business that’s ethical, sustainable and profitable. We have the business infrastructure to support just about any line of new business; we have buildings, accountants, offices, administration, computers, trucks, lawyers, etc… we just need a guru to bring in the business. What are we looking for? If you are a true guru of new business development, then you will be showing us what we need. You bring in the business and we’ll do the rest. This will be a high reward position and therefore be straight commission based on profitability. We realize this may be a rather unconventional position, but we believe there are unconventional people out there that have what it takes to excel in this position and earn what they are really worth. Qualifications:


- 3 - 5 years experience in an on-site property management office

- Low Income Tax Credit and HUD regulations experience

- Self-motivated and self-directed individuals willing to take initiative

- Strong team building and personal management skills

- Yardi software experience

- Strong oral and written communication skills


Responsibilities:


- Interaction with tenants to include: collection of rents, lease administration and tenant retention

- Section 8 and LIHTC compliance

- Completion of appropriate certification courses upon hire

- Vendor and bid management

- Supervision of site staff

- Weekly/Monthly reporting to corporate headquarters

- Other duties as required
