Review Appraiser

Seeking highly qualified residential real estate appraiser with a minimum of five years experience. No travel will be required. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing real estate appraisals and supporting documentation for compliance of industry standards. The review appraiser will be responsible for reporting any deficiencies back to the appraiser completing the appraisal report as well as informing the client of any necessary actions taking place.

Requirements:

-Proficient in all property types, including Single-family, Multi-family, Condo, Coop, Condo-op, $1 million-plus homes etc.

-Superior knowledge of appraisal terminology, requirements and forms.

-Ability to thoroughly review real estate appraisals on a national level.

-Perform quality control, desk review and/or reconciliation of multiple appraisals to arrive at best supported value

-Must be a self starter that possess organizational skills, ability to work under time constraints, attention to detail, strong written and oral communication skills
