Receptionist/Greeter (Thorp WI.)
Receptionist/Greeter – An aggressive individual who takes initiative to accomplish the tasks of the job and to greet walk-in clients, answer phones, type, and format excel spreadsheets for a Custom Cabinetry Shop in Thorp, WI. The right individual will understand that job ownership (desire) is the most critical ingredient of the best employees, is willing to work outside traditional 8-5 hours when necessary, is courageous and driven enough to seek out training, bold enough to ask the uncomfortable (but necessary) questions, has an unfaltering focus on integrity and doing the right thing, and is so organized as to accomplish all this while being able/willing to account for each step in the process. Attention to detail, in combination with “big-picture” thinking and the ability to do the work and find ways to do the work more effectively, are important attributes of the right person; experience is not.
This position is a new position at Thorcraft and we are asking the person that fills the role to take on projects to help others be efficient at their job. This will include thinking of ways to get tasks accomplished while maintaining constant phone and front door coverage.
We are starting up showrooms in other cities as a way to expand our current market share.
