1N 83 ERTL MADE THIS MODEL 404 WITH PLASTIC SEAT AND STEERING WHEEL. OTHERWISE IT IS THE SAME AS THE 70'S MODEL 404 WHICH HAD A METAL STEERING WHEEL AND SEAT, AND DIFFERENT DECALS. BOTH HAVE THE SAME DIECAST CASTING.

This is a 1974 Summer edition of a Knox Lumber Co catalog (172 pages). I found it while sorting through some boxes of stuff in my shop. I don't know if there are collectors for this type of item, but will try to list it before I dispose of it.

Knox had several stores in the Twin Cities area, but I believe they are no longer in business.

musical dolphin waterglobe (Menomonie, WI) $20

For any dolphin or snowglobe/waterglobe collectors, I have a beautiful 5-7" tall, 5" diameter dolphin waterglobe for sale. The globe has 2-3 dolphins swimming about with the top half clear and bottom half dark blue, as to resemble dolphins swimming/jumping out of the water. The base is careamic underwater marine life, consisting of exotic fishes, coral, and another dolphin swimming around the outside of the globe. The dandy knick-knack also plays soft music by the turn of a smal knob on the bottom of the base. Asking $20 to $30 as it is in excellent condition.

nutcracker (Menomonie, WI) $10

I have an old-style wooden nutcracker in the shape of a British soldier. He wears a black British soldier hat with a blue painted-on uniform, comlete with painted-on pants and boots. His face has basic painted-on facial features, with the bottom part of the mouth open to crack nuts. This part connects to the back. Just push the lever up, stick a nut in his mouth, and push the lever down to crack the nut. Thus, nutcracker. Asking $10 to $20, as it is in really excellent condition and a great collector's item. 4'x8' Plastic UNIROYAL Sign. (Eau Claire Area)

I have had this sign sitting for a few years in my backyard. I do not want it any longer. I was going to put it on the wall in my garage but I changed my mind.



There is nothing really wrong with it, aside from standard wear, (small scratches, tiny nicks etc.).



This looks like it was in a lighted sign at some point, either on the Uniroyal plant or inside although I can not prove that. It could have been at a service station or billboard as well. Your guess is as good as mine. If anyone has any info on it and cares to share it with me, please feel free.



I can help deliver this as well if need be. I left the Lawn Boy in the picture to give you a reference point when considering the size of this.

Three Stooges metal posters (Menomonie, WI) $10

For "Three Stooges" fans, I have two metal (I think they're tin) wall hangings of the three stooges. The first poster says "WANTED for vagrancy" at the top and ""REWARD-50c each or three for a dollar" at the bottom, with a black and white picture of Curly, Moe, and Larry looking down with "What the..?" expressions. The second poster has a thick red border stating "When disaster stikes, don't send a stooge" at the top and "Send three!" at the bottom with a color picture in the center of Larry, Curly, and Moe sitting on an old-school fire truck looking as quirky as they usually do.
