We'd prefer a duplex that's got a basement and a 1 car garage would be a plus as well. The duplex must be a side by side since we have an infant and lugging him and the groceries up and down stairs isn't real feasible. WE currently are renting a smaller duplex and would like to upgrade (in size and age of building). We have a great rental history and can provide references if need be.
