The City of Eau Claire Economic Development Division is looking for an extremely organized, detail oriented, high energy person to assist the Economic Development Director. Responsibilities include accounting and bookkeeping functions of Downtown Eau Claire Inc., collections, board minutes and agendas, membership recruitment, volunteer coordination, advertising sales, and assistance with special events and festivals. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and QuickBooks required. Position requires strong ability to multitask, and exceptional customer relations skills. Web site maintenance and graphic design experience is a plus. Flexible hours, approximately 20 hours/week, including some weekends. Pay rate: $11.51/hour (no benefits). Marketing Specialist (Baldwin, WI)

Lindus Construction Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to grow and manage a call center, trade show staff and canvassing department. This full time position requires a minimum of a two year associate degree in marketing, excellent phonne and communication skills with the ability to hire, set goals and manage to achieve those goals. Knowledge of the twin cities metro area is a must to efficiently schedule daily roultes in the metro area, excellent computer skills and the ability to read written proposals and diagrams, calculate figures for cotract changes.
