Staffing Request:
Clean cut, professional looking staffers who are able to maintain a high level of energy and a positive attitude! Events will be a mixture of previously approved venues and guerilla (unauthorized) venues—please be aware of this when you apply and know that for guerilla events, you may be asked to relocate and you will need to be flexible and adaptable when you are working these events.

Program Dates:
11/9-11/13: 1p-5p: Street Team, handing out premiums

Event Rate:
· Manager: $14/hr—you will be responsible for event photos and recaps—to be submitted immediately following each shift
· Brand Ambassador: $12/hr
· On Site Back Up: $20/shift—you must show up ON SITE at the scheduled start time to see if you are needed!

Staff Responsibilities:
Staffers will work as a street team to distribute branded premiums and create a sense of positivity surrounding a recent brand change. We are looking to focus our attention around high-traffic street locations and bank branches.

Attire:
Tan khaki pants with clean, comfortable shoes. Client will provide branded shirts, hats, jackets, scarves, etc (adjusted by market). Hair and make up must be neat and conservative, but DONE—please do not expect to just scoop your hair into a ponytail and roll out of bed.

Detailed Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Converse with customers of product
• Communicate the features & benefits of the card
• Make observations of the participants
• Answer consumer questions during the interaction
• Candidate needs to have good communication skills, and be comfortable speaking about the product
• Candidate will need to be comfortable completing online event reports summarizing the days activities
• Candidate is responsible for transportation to the store for assigned promotion hours
• Promotional hours are typically 6-8 hours per day on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays.
• Candidate will work closely with Project Manager


Qualifications:
• High school education or equivalent and one to three years’ customer service experience or equivalent combination of college, industry training, and experience may substitute
• Must be able to pass drug screen & background check
• Exceptional customer service background and communications skills with the ability to work well in a high volume environment
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Experience establishing, maintaining, and documenting efficient administrative processes
• Proven track record of obtaining sales results
