Sanitation Manager (Wisconsin)
In this role you will operate as the company's global sanitation expert and leader as well as a "hands-on" implementation expediter. Lead development and maintenance of standards, procedures, training, metrics as well as implementing best practices for global sanitation processes across the organization. Work with Operations, Technologies, contractors, venders and industry peers to ensure the company is poised to maintain equipment, plant environment and processes which are suitably designed, cleaned and maintained to ensure product safety and quality. Detailed Description
Duties of the role include:
Apply sanitation knowledge, expertise and background to develop, standardize, promptly execute, enhance and optimize global sanitation processes.
Develop, refine and proactively utilize expertise to develop processes and metrics in order to prevent situations that could affect product safety or quality and enhance existing processes.
Work with Operations, Technologies and other functions supporting global sanitation to ensure tools and processes are appropriately aligned and executed.
Develop and deploy training processes and measurements for sanitarians, plant personnel and supporting functions to ensure sanitation expertise consistent with overall company objectives and programs is positioned throughout the organization.
Work closely with Engineering, equipment venders and other parties to assure that new or modified equipment meets sanitary design criteria and regulatory requirements prior to purchase and installation. Validate that equipment (new or modified) can be effectively cleaned and sanitized to a microbial level.
Bridge technical background and expertise with representatives from chemical suppliers, contractors, venders and industry peers to maximize technical expertise and drive results while being cost effective. Evaluate existing and evolving technologies to identify and install improvements into processes and methodologies.
Coordinate/provide technical assistance to equipment/ facility start-ups or modifications incorporating design review, installations and validation.
Coordinate and conduct internal sanitation audits. Identify gaps and work with appropriate partners to proactively address and resolve deficiencies.
Coordinate investigations into sanitation issues which may result in product contamination, reduced shelf life, product rejection or customer complaints. Assist in the identification of root cause, corrective actions and preventive measures.
Together with other members of the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support department teams. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.

Position Purpose
Establish and maintain ongoing pressure vessel activity with new and existing customers as assigned. Act as pressure vessel department engineering resource. Manage shop personnel to produce quality fabrications in a safe, cost effective and timely manner.

PAPER MILL POSITIONS
International Management Assistance Corporation (IMAC), a leader in the crisis management and response business, is seeking qualified candidates for a variety of skilled positions with prior experience in the paper industry for a client which is anticipating a work stoppage.
These are temporary positions which require travel and the ability to be away from home for extended periods of time. IMAC pays Per Diem ($35 per day) for Food, Lodging (hotel/motel – double occupancy), Travel, and competitive wages ($18 - $23 per hour w/overtime after 40hrs - up to an 84hr work week).
The following is a list of jobs and job descriptions for the project. (Note: PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.......Please only respond if you have experience in one of the posted positions).
Paper Machine Operators - “Machine Tenders” with operations expertise of the entire "wet and dry" process, “Back Tenders” with operating expertise of either "wet or dry" process Wet End Operator - uses distributive control systems to monitor the machine from the headbox to the dryers. Responsible for monitoring pumps, flows, valves, and testing. Makes adjustments of paper, computer system monitoring (Pi), reviews trends, trouble shoots any issues, understand chemicals, make rounds, and is the hourly leader of the crew. Dry-End Operator - oversees operations from dryers to winder with understanding of steam system, watches the sheet for sheet properties and adjusts the equipment accordingly, detects defects, troubleshoots, and leads the crew. Maintains a running schedule and coordinate the winding crew. Both positions (wet end and dry end) are important to the operation of the complex.
Winder Operator – “The Winder Operator” is expected to wind as much paper as possible during his/her shift without compromising quality or safety. He/she is expected to make changes to Operating Parameters as required for production or quality issues. The Operator is expected to minimize downtime and paper losses and to account for any downtime or any tons held or rejected on his/her shift. The Operator is responsible for the start-up and the shut-down of the Winder when it becomes necessary.
Pulp Mill Operator – ‘Bleach Plant”: Responsible for all equipment in the Bleach Plant, the operation and maintenance of that equipment (housekeeping, trouble shooting, “run ability”). Responsible for all personnel in the Bleach Plant and their job performance. Knowledge of the entire process including chemicals and required documentation. Brown Stock: Responsible for all equipment in the BSW/Digester, the operation and maintenance of that equipment. Responsible for the control of critical process items such as Defoamer, Silicone Defoarmer, Kappa Number test results, Baume test on both the BHRE and the Washers. Responsible for all personnel in the BSW/Digester and their job performance.
Heavy Equipment Operator - Must have experience operating Wagner, Dozer and or Cat log loader/stacker. Looking for an operator experienced in production work with broad knowledge of machine operations; i.e. operating engineer.
