Water Resource Project Manager and Planner (Orlando, FL)

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The position will be part of an experienced team comprised of water resource specialists and the scope of work requirements will be varied. Position requires managerial experience in water resource evaluation, planning and permitting. Candidate must be able to independently review water use practices by utilities, develop water use projections for various type uses, review and develop water conservation plans, review availability of groundwater and alternative water supply resources to meet projected demands and evaluate potential impacts to resources. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience with the development of water facilities master plans and municipal comprehensive planning a strong plus. Position may be full time, flex-time or part-time.


REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must be eligable for a United States TN Visa and must hold a BSc degree or higher in engineering, geology, earth sciences or planning. Candidate must have a strong background and prior experience in positions with increasing level of responsibility and authority exercising the skills and knowledge needed to successfully execute the tasks associated with the position described above. Candidate must possess strong technical writing skills and communicate well with Clients. Proficiency in the use of GIS and Microsoft Office products is required.
