Therefore, thinking a responsible teenager would probably be the best fit based on what i am able to pay. Great for someone looking to get more experience babysitting as I can show you how to do everything as long as you are willing to learn, dependable and a good example character wise for my girls. Mothers Helper for Summer (Chesapeake - Battlefield area)

Need babysitter/mothers helper - posting again as i dont think i gave enough info. the first time.

I am looking for a teenager or young lady to help me with my two girls who are age 4 and soon to be 2, in my home this summer. I am looking for help during the daytime for probably about 25-30 or so hours a week Monday-Friday. Times, a little flexible, but about 4-5 days per week from about 8-1 or 10-3 type of thing, but could change or possible flexible. Please note that I will also be home during these times but am looking for some extra help mainly with my older two, as I am having our third child due in May. So, I anticipate that it may get a little complicated trying to tend to baby and the 2 year old at the same time, and I want to make sure they have a fun summer despite my being tired while waiting until baby gets big enough to sleep through the night.

I am looking to find someone who can start late May or early June (depending upon persons schedule and when family that comes to help is gone) and go through early to mid August. I am looking for someone to come and just play with them, read with them, play outside on our swingset/sandbox and maybe take them swimming in our pool depending on your swimming skills (or at least maybe my oldest daughter while my youngest daughter naps), help them with lunch and keeping things picked up, maybe help with some kids laundry, go on outings with us to the beach, park, botanical gardens etc. as I really need an extra pair of hands, someone to help keep the girls engaged when I am busy or tired with the newborn and that sort of thing. I live in Chesapeake off of Battlefield Blvd. area. I desire to find someone most important of good character who will be a good example to my girls more than age. I can't afford to pay a ton and thinking about $125-$150 per week or $4-$5 per hour plus meals of course, and just depending on how many hours and experience. Therefore, thinking a responsible teenager would probably be the best fit based on what i am able to pay. Great for someone looking to get more experience babysitting as I can show you how to do everything as long as you are willing to learn, dependable and a good example character wise for my girls. Looking for someone who needs something to do this summer and wants to come hang with my girls and I, make a little money for it, and have a fun summer!
