Financial Inspection & Completion Services is in need of independent contractors to perform property field inspections. This is a great opportunity for income supplement in a sluggish real estate market. Pay is monthly, at a flat rate per correctly completed inspection. Software is provided at the time of training. Information will be provided in full detail after review of information. Interview time and location will be given via email or telephone. Real Estate license and experience is preferred; but, is not required. Computer experience and internet capabilities are required, as is a criminal background check. All contractors must carry and provide proof of current car insurance. E&O/field rep insurance is required; but, we can help obtain if you don't already have. Part time merchandiser needed (Bluffton, Beaufort, Hilton Head areas)

Part time merchandiser needed in the Bluffton, Hilton Head, Beaufort area. Must have reliable vehicle, good driving record, and home phone. This route is approximately 10 hrs some weeks and around 20 hrs on some weeks. Pay is $8.25 per hour plus mileage and drive time. Very flexible schedule. I'm looking for someone who doesn't have a full time job.
