Serial number AF593267 dates this Singer 221-1, a great looking machine, to 1940.

Everything's here inside the case. Machine, accessories, foot pedal, instruction manual, a wooden box of bobbins, oil can, machine lubricant, extra needles, key to lock case, etc..

The machine appears to be in good working order. This is a one-owner machine. It's been taken care of very well.

There's one spot of black paint loss on the machine. The back of the material covering the case has curled edges and there's wear to the handle and case corners.

This is a reproduction of a famous Renoir oil painting, "Little Girl with Watering Can". It's quite famous, and it's pretty clear that no one is going to believe that you have the original. The star of this deal is the frame, which my father had custom made back in the late 1960s. Back then he paid $150 for it, and nearly blew a gasket when he discovered the price. It's a beautiful frame, antiqued and in gold leaf (I believe). The detail can be seen in the photos (I hope).
I've had this in my closet for 20 years now, and it's time to let someone else have it.
If you wanted to remove this, it would be a stunning frame for a mirror. It's truly that beautiful a frame. You really can't get these any longer, it's something that you'd expect to find in a museum. It's 40+ years old, and beautiful.
It's worth way more than my asking price. You'll agree when you see it.

large framed SCALAMANDRE print on silk, 1950s collectible, rare! (Rock Tavern, NY) $150

This is a very large Scalamandre print on silk, and it's from the 1950s. It belonged to my parents. It's mounted in a very large gold leafed frame, and covered in a pane of glass. It measures: 44 1/2" high x 28" high. It's in excellent shape, and the only minor defect is that the thin brown paper that covered the back of the frame is now deteriorating. It's been more than 50 years, so that's not so bad. It's still perfectly intact, and still perfectly sealed within the frame.
Judging by what I have seen on eBay in the past I would guess that this print would sell for $600-800.00, judging by the size and the condition. Take a look at what new Scalamandre prints go for, and you'll realize just how valuable this really is.
It's been sitting in a closet in my home for the last 20 years, and now it's time for it to move on.
This is a great quality Scalamandre, and they are very highly sought after by collectors. I am only looking to retrieve a small fraction of it's actual worth.
I have included several photos both with and without the flash. You can get an idea of it's size relative to the door.

This is a bluestone table, handcarved here in the Catskills. It is an unfinished table, somewhere around a 100 hours of carving. The four seasons are carved in the top - a sun for summer, violets for spring, oaks for fall, and a snowflake for , well you know. Next to each image is an ancient sign for each season.
