Manager in Training Program

The Manager in Training program is a blended learning program focused on
immersing the trainee in all aspects of managing a multi-million dollar

This position is responsible for maintaining all production equipment in the state of new condition. This position manages the maintenance organization responsible for process and planned maintenance activities. Registrar for Acting Classes (Poughkeepsie, NY)

The New York Talent Club is a talent management firm located in Poughkeepsie, NY. We book models and actors for jobs with major productions and we offer classes to our talent so that they can hone their auditioning and acting skills. We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to monitor the business side of the classes, which are offered to both adults and children.

Applicants can expect to work six hours a week as well as a few hours Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons. We are willing to work around already established work schedules, and the work during the week can take place after typical 9-5 office hours.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Scheduling Appointments
Tracking payments
Tracking class attendance
Conveying our office policies and rules to potential students
Working on time-sensitive projects
Answering phones
E-mail Correspondence

QUALIFICATIONS:
Computer literate with familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent PR and communication skills
BA degree or a minimum of two years in an office setting
Experience within the performing arts
Experience with children

Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced small office environment, and familiarity with the entertainment industry.
