3 Bedroom 3 Bath home for TRADE/SWAP (Upstate Wallkill/Plattekill,NY)

We live in upstate NY about 1hr 15mins from Manhattan. We have a $320,000 mortgage on our home the taxes are approx. 7,000 per year. We are looking to swap for around the same price range we would like no money out of pocket if possible. We recently updated the home (new hardwood floor, new tile floors, new appliances, new front load washer/dryers, new windows and french doors, new wood fireplace with stone wall, new central air) 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, family room kitchen w/ dining area. 2 car detached garage. Sits on 2 1/4 acres. On very nice quite dead-end street. Great schools.

We would love a home in a good school district and closer to NYC. We will consider NY, NJ, PA and CT. We are open to an unfinished home or one that needs work. We would like 4+ bedrooms but will consider 3 bedrooms. We would like at least 2 car garage.

We would like to make this happen soon but willing to wait for the perfect swap!

My husband, our two small children and I are looking to spend a week in either Rhinebeck, Red Hook or Rhinecliff either the week of Dec 13 or Dec 20, through Christmas. (We're pretty flexible re the dates but would like at least 7 days.) We are thinking about moving to the area and want a taste of country living. I have a great 3 bedroom home- situated on a beautiful acre of property on a picturesque county road. Across the street is a nature preserve and hiking trails. PLUS the house is a 5 minute ride ( local taxi service is available ) to the MetroNorth station. An express train to Grand Central Station is 48 minutes. You can spend the day in the city and come home to a relaxing country home- with wood stove, modern beautiful kitchen, 2 full baths. Croton and the surrounding towns offer great hiking/walking on the Hudson River, quaint towns to shop, biking etc. You get the both of country and city.
I would be interested in swapping for a weekend upstate or an apt. in the city. I am available to swap for a week or two anywhere in the summer( beach home, europe, west etc.)
