I'm renovating a small two-level building on my property (approximately 450 sq. feet), but the carpenter is unable to complete the job due to health reasons. It's halfway finished. Framing of lower level, finish with rock board, installation of factory ready spiral staircase (arriving in a week), finish interior upper level walls with antique wood, installation of sola-tube on exterior of building (instructions for this included in kit that is on site), roof is framed but needs shingles. Plans available on site. May be a bit more that I can't think of right now. All supplies covered by me, you bring all required tools. REQUIREMENTS:
