Lose a Light Orange/Yellow cat? (Kingston, NY)

There is a light orange/yellow cat hanging around the apartment complex where I live. I believe the cat is male, judging by the reaction my male cats display, and is a decent size. He won't come to me, however, he will eat in front of me if I stay 3-4 feet away. This indicates he is not totally feral, was probably a pet at some point, and has been on his own for awhile.

Unfortunately, I only see him at night and not every night. He comes to drink the water I leave for the birds, play in the catnip plants and tries to get me to feed him. He does come up to my sliding glass doors. I have not been able to get a good picture of him since I only see him at night.

If you have lost a light orange/yellow cat last spring or over the summer and think this one might be yours, please send me a photo or signed permission to contact your vet who can give me a description of the cat as well as a way to reach you. This is for the cat's and the owner's protection.

I have lost a very sentimental gold necklace. It is an oval gold pendant with a rope design around the pendant, has little gold nuggets behind clear glass which is on both sides. The pendant is on a gold rope chain. This necklace belonged to my mother and is very important to me. It could have been lost at Avacados Restaurant in New Windsor, some place in Walden, Town of New Windsor or the Town of Newburgh. I cannot say exactly where I lost it. Again it has a lot of sentimental value to me!

Dog loose in Hyde Park needs help (East Park area)

There was a large black dog wearing a collar spotted across from the Reach Out Church (large blue Church with pond in front) on Crum Elbow Road in Hyde Park. A bus load of middle school children saw this dog which looks very skinny with it's ribs showing. One of the students believes it is my dog from the flyer she saw at her house. We spend about 3 hours in that area with no luck of finding the dog they saw. I have attached a picture of Diezel if it is him please call me directly 845-489-1767. Seen twice on Oct. 22 and 23 at the Saugerties Bowler's Club on 9W; may be in the woods nearby. Also seen 8pm 10/23 @ Barclay Diner. Last seen Oct. 25th at 11:30am near the corner of Simmons Ct. & Spaulding La. He then ran off down Carpenter's driveway and into the nearby woods.
