Stonebridge OM34-SR (New Paltz) $1800

This is one of the most amazing sounding guitars that I have ever heard. They sell new for between $2500 & $3000. I bought this new about 2 1/2 years ago. It has aged wonderfully and is in MINT/as new condition. I am selling this because I find myself always reaching for my dreadnoughts. I primarily flatpick and the smaller OM body size does not quite fit my playing style. However don't let the small body size fool you about the volume, this is the loudest instrument that I own. This guitar should go to a home where it is played as much as it deserves to be.

Solid spruce top, solid indian rosewood back and sides. Vintage style Gotoh tuners and has the vintage diamond shape at the back of the headstock. Abalone rosette and fretboard markers. 1 3/4" nut width is well suited for fingerstyle, but this guitar does amazingly well strummed. I did some recording with the OM34 SR in front of a $100 condenser mic. The sound is amazing and the levels did not need any equalization. This guitar is amazingly well balanced and articulate.

Hamer Slammer Bass (Newburgh) $50

This Hamer Slammer bass is in good condition, with average wear/scratches/dings/etc. but nothing major. For some reason, the shafts are missing from the volume and tone pots. I didn't have new pots to install, so I soldered a short jumper across the volume pot. This means that the bass works, but basically the pickup's going straight to the output with no volume or tone control. It sounds okay but it can be a bit flaky ground-wise. Other than the jumper, the wiring's all original so if you want to install new pots, it should be pretty easy to figure out. Anyway, if all this guitar-repair mumbo-jumbo hasn't confused you by now, here's the bottom line: this is a decent-quality beginner's bass and it's only $50. Or I will trade for broken vintage guitars/drums (no new or beginner stuff, thanks) or old road/3-speed/bmx bikes. Newburgh, 845-569-9405.

Well, I'm a trombone player but a few years ago I wanted to give these a try. I played them a bit, but now they're really just taking up space. They are lightly used, and have only been played in my home.


What's Included:

One 22 x 18 bass drum, One floor tom, three rack toms (12 x 8, 13 x 10, 12 x 9), and a 14 x6 snare. It also includes Sabian B8 cymbals (Crash, ride, hi-hats, and a splash). The hi-hat stand, cymbal stands, and drum rack are all included. The only thing missing is a few of the felt rings which sit between the screw and the cymbal on the stands.

Hamer guitar with JB & Dimebucke r and Schaller (Dutchess County) $200

Nice guitar I upgraded with a Duncan JB, a Dimebucker and Schaller green tuners (awesome tuners and pickups). The original chrome covered Hamer Humbuckers are for $20 if you want them. The guitar is clean and has a chunky neck for those of us with bigger hands. Two dings were repaired with apoxy by myself and painted but are on the back edge where you only see it if looking up close.

The pictures were taken with a high resolution camera and makes the guitar and pickups look scratched but its actually more smudging than anything. I know I'll regret selling this because the pickups and tuners alone, new are probably $200 + bucks. The guitar has a nice neck with great action and rosewood fretboard. You really can't go wrong here if you keep it in tact for a real diverse sounding guitar or if you buy it for parts to upgrade another axe.

F/S-F/T 1975 Les Paul (RT 28)

1975 Gibson Les Paul I have a 1975 Gibson Les Paul that I picked up last summer. I have refinished a few guitars over the years as well as restored and built amps. I refinished this guitar in Reranch Nitro Goldtop. I installed humbucker sized P90s with Pearl pickup covers. I wired it for 1950s LPs and installed Russian PVO (Bumble bee style) caps. The hardware is aftermarket (I think). The tuners are from a real 1959 era Les Paul (Grover Rotomatic). This guitar is beautiful and sounds and plays great The inlays are stunning.

I have had a few Les Pauls over the past 20 years and I m not a Les Paul guy. I am a Strat player. I have a 74 Strat that I just love. I would like to trade the Les Paul for either an earlier than 74 Strat or a real good relic. I don't care if it is a genuine Fender as long it is either 50s or 60s style, period correct looking. Not looking for a cheap knockoff. Has to be Nitro and not Poly.
