Tooling Engineer (Reynosa Mexico)
Engineer degree w/ experience in investment casting or related foundry casting environment. Experience in manufacturing and tooling. CAD/CAM or SPC applications a must. Supervise in house tool/mold maker and order required perishable tooling and material list for prioritizing outside new and reworked molds and tools. Fill out tool shipping information as required for export. Review all dimensional layouts of tooling casting and waxes. Design and maintain drawings and concepts for constructing or modification of production tooling. Assist estimator with tooling concepts and quotes and other technical issues
Drawing development. Create solid models and drawings using UG, working knowledge of GD &T. Knowledge in machine shop and shop floor management. Knowledge of lean system and proven use of tools to improve operational efficiency. Manage multiple projects simultaneously under time constraints.

Candidates will be performing electronic assembly work including board preparation, soldering, desoldering, component replacement.
Must demonstrate a proficiency of skills to perform consistently above average quality of work in a timely fashion. Under limited supervision may use methods, drawings, prints, schematics, or written work instructions to assemble, modify, rework, disassemble or reassemble deliverable hardware.
