File Handler
We needs someone with strong organizational skills to corral our never ending stream of articles. You'll be working directly with the EIC, photographers, translators, and writing staff in order to organize our materials. Your job will be to make sure that files turned in are accounted for, and sent to the appropriate next step in the publishing process. This is perfect for someone who wants to be involved but isn't really skilled in some of the other areas we typically bring people aboard for.

Writers
We always need more writers who are able to help us with creating great new content for our readers. A lot of interviews are typically done though e-mail, and sometimes you will even be able to go on in person assignments. We will be coming out with some new article styles and magazine formatting and need more writers who are able to help us with news style content.

Special Event Assistants
We are currently putting together a rather large charity music festival. We strongly encourage people with experience in sales, or with good phone skills to apply as an assistant for this event. I need a few people to help me with making phone calls and sending e-mails out to potential sponsors. I will cover your costs for making any calls, and you will be given VIP access for the event. Need Stencils cut (airbrush project) (Sunset and Eastern)

Do you have a plotter of some type?I need to get some thin vinyl sheets that I need to cut a few stencils with. We can work out some kind of rate. I don't have any vector files, I could scan the pictures and maybe we could set up the cuts at your place, or studio. I'm still working on the final stencil designs so lets at least get into contact with each other, ( I don't have $2,000 to drop on a Roland plotter)

FILM FESTIVAL JUDGE (Volunteer)

Major international film festival is currently seeking judges to screen and rate films for possible selection in the upcoming film festival. We are looking for people who have a passion for movies and can recognize quality filmmaking, acting, writing and storytelling. Industry experience is a plus but not required.

Judges will be given several films to screen and asked to fill out a short judging form rating the films in several creative categories. This is a great opportunity to see some incredible independent films and to help talented filmmakers get their films seen by a wide audience.

Categories for judging include feature films, short films, foreign films, documentaries, animations, experimental films, music videos, television pilots and screenplays.

We are operating on a tight budget and are seeking individuals who are interested in the job on the basis of their passion for films and the filmmaking process. This is a volunteer position and there is no pay.

Judges will also receive 2 all-access VIP passes to the upcoming Film Festival.
