just spent $2000.00 need advice or a very aggressive lawyer who is willing to fight for a child. too long to list it all but to make a long story short, wife left me and our 30 day old son, was gone about 15 months, was never denied visits at my home to see our son came back left again. Our son will not be 3 untill Jan, he knows where his home has been since birth, Judge awarded her full custody stating as he did 'EVEN THOUGH HER MENTAL STABILITY IS IN QUESTION, HAS HAVE SEVERAL BOYFRIENDS{6 that I can prove cause she lived with them}and HAS NOT HAD A STABLE PLACE TO LIVE I AM GIVING MOTHER FULL COUSTODY. FATHER WILL HAVE VISITS." This was her first weekend with son after divorce, she spent it at her boyfriends house, under oath she stated she lived a mothers house. Judge said niether parent was to spend the nite oppisite sex while they had child. Can anyone tell me if this is contempt and can i go back to court? Again this is just the icing on the cake. I do have a lot more and can prove it. Please respond to my e-mail onecrazykj@sbcglobal.net Thanks
