The house is roughly 100 years old, and sitting on an acre, surrounded by trees. There is a swing, a fire pit, and woods behind the house to wander. The house has a front porch, back porch, upstairs, and hard wood floors throughout. Naturally there are some quirks, as is it a century old. All of them minor and up to par with your typical rent house. It is fully furnished with funky furniture, art, and a whole lot of kitchen stuff. The house is located on Colonel Glenn, 10 minutes from downtown and a straight shot to UALR. It sounds far, but trust us, it is not. Any extra driving that might happen is worth the space and privacy this home has to offer. You will not find something like this near Stiff Station or Capital View or the Heights/Hillcrest at the same price.

About the room-
The room is on the front corner of the house, facing the street. Currently it is green, but you may wish to change that if for some reason you abhor green. There are French doors that face the living room. The room is rather large, and has an equally as large closet. There is one of those gas heaters on the wall for winter time. As a bonus, you will have your very own private 1/2 bath. No sharing a toilet, just a shower.
