NY METS INSIDE PITCH MAGAZINE FOR SALE VOL 1, 1983-1984, COMPLETE SET

Volume 1 of the Mets Inside Pitch Magazine. This vintage magazine came straight off the press and put right into a flat box with the exception of #1 which was inexplicably fold in half, then unfolded and then put into a flat box flat. Stored for over 25 years. They are all in perfect condition (MINT), with no address labels, though they are yellowed some from age.

Selling all of the first 20 issues in Volume 1.

VOLUME 1, # 1 cover story and feature article is the return of Tom Seaver to the Mets

Volume 1 begins with Issue #1 April 22, 1983 through July 2, 1984. Each magazine is in a newspaper form. Each issue has a different front page and centerfolds of all your favorite players from back then.

Mets Inside Pitch will be a great addition to your Mets collection or for the baseball fan. You will not find these issues very easily, if at all, and probably not in this condition.

This is the actual history "as it happened" of the turnaround of the Mets franchise from 7 years in the doldrums (1977-1983) to 8 years of unparalled franchise success (1984-1991).
