The position is LIVE-In and shares a 2-bedroom coach house with a female Graphic Designer/Personal Assistant. The coach house is lovely. POSITION DESCRIPTIONS

1. Housekeeper/Assistant/Nanny
This position requires strong house management skills. The Housekeeper will provide regular and occasional deep cleaning and help coordinate the activities of contractors, gardeners and other property maintenance workers. The candidate must be fluent in English (reading and writing). Prior child care experience and strong organizational skills are required. The Housekeeper/Assistant/Nanny will work a total of 26-7 hours in exchange for the residence. Hours will be divided into 2-day shifts and 2 evenings. Specific duties include:
-Housekeeping: Dusting (some on a step ladder); Floors (wood and marble); Bathrooms; Kitchen (cleaning refrigerator and top of cabinets); Outdoor patio furniture; Laundry (including baby diapers); and, Watering indoor plants.
-Child care: Caring for the 23-month old son (feeding, changing and playing); Caring for 11-year old daughter (school pick-up, monitoring chores and homework, overseeing play dates); Cooking meals; and Overnight care in the main house when parents travel.
-Pet Care: Caring for 1 standard poodle (feeding, administering medication, walking, brushing, driving to groomer and veterinarian)
-Personal Assistant: Dinner parties (Set up, serving, cleaning up); Shopping; Errands; Child Care; Pet Care; Bringing in the mail; and, Other tasks as needed.
-Compensation: In exchange for 20 hrs of work, the Assistant will receive their own room in the coach house and all utilities paid including DSL, and 2 weeks off for vacation. On an annual basis, Assistant will receive a bonus. For the additional 6-7 hours each week, Assistant will receive a stipend of $400/month. This is a perfect opportunity for a Housekeeper/Nanny who has other clients in the area. We can refer friends for additional work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Director / Manager / Supervisor, the Maintenance I shall:
1) Perform all daily routine janitorial work, including; removal of trash from offices, meeting rooms, etc., mop, vacuum, dust and clean glass as needed; restock bathroom supplies; police parking lot and sidewalk for trash;
2) Assure that planters, parking lots and all exterior perimeter areas are free of trash;
3) Set up meeting rooms for conferences as needed;
4) Preparation of supply checklist for ordering of supplies; take inventory of supplies;
5) Preparation and submission of Maintenance Cleaning Schedule on a daily basis;
6) Responsible for reporting any hazardous condition(s) to management as well as any system malfunction (i.e. plumbing, electrical problems, etc)
7) Other duties as assigned;

ADDITIONIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Responsible for attending meetings as assigned;
2) Participate in special events and other departmental and agency activities as requested;
3) Must be available to cover shifts at both locations; Mc/Wright Bldg., and The Village to relieve staff during approved vacations, personal leave and call outs.
4) Attend trainings required and relevant to the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Minimum of 1 year experience working in office setting and medical facility;
2) Demonstrated ability to work successfully with minimal supervision;
3) Must be able to communicate and understand the English language;
4) Reliable transportation with proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license.
5) Available to work at both locations - Mc/Wright and The Village to relieve staff during approved vacation, personal leave and call outs.

Maintenance Technician

Community Bank, the second oldest and most successful bank headquartered in Southern, CA is looking for an experienced maintenance technician familiar with the requirements of a corporate environment. The Maintenance Technician performs routine repairs and maintenance of facilities and assists with complex projects and repair of various Bank properties and equipment. Facilities & Literature Clerk (Carson, CA)

Summary
Keeps office and warehouse facilities in clean, orderly and safe condition. Performs repairs to building and facilities and assists in the Literature/Mail department as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Opens clogged drains, fixes leaks and performs other minor plumbing jobs
• Makes sure that lighting and sprinkler timers are set correctly
• Small electrical/lighting knowledge to include: replacing light bulbs, replacing ballasts and breaker knowledge
• Ability to read facility plans such as locating breakers, A/C units, fire alarm schematics and floor/office layouts
• Assists co-workers with on-demand projects, including but not limited to furniture movement, loading and unloading, and general maintenance requests

Job Description:

Daily job duties include:

• Physically move material into customer’s garage inventory location. This will involve use of pallet jack, dollies, etc.

• Follow all safety policies and common sense practices to avoid personal injury and damage to customer property.

• Ensure all material and equipment is continually secure from theft.

• Fulfill individual material requests of customer’s Set Top Box technicians by moving material from garage inventory location to technicians’ company vehicles or designated “bins.” Use the “First in/First out” method of picking inventory.

• Receive and palletize all material returned by Set Top Box technicians and designated for refurbishment; coordinate w/ customer’s freight carrier for pick-up.

• Use customer’s barcode scanning application to record incoming/outgoing material in customer’s Inventory Management database(s).

• Perform periodic inspections and reconciliations of garage Inventory stock levels and update customer’s Inventory Management database(s).

• Use computer email application to send daily/weekly Job Activity Reports, Time Reports, Mileage Reports and other data and information as required by Genesis management.
