NORTH MACON: great 2BR/2BA apartment for RENT (Macon, GA) $800 2bd
I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 years, and I have loved it. The pool and volleyball and tennis courts are wonderful; the complex is safe and quiet; and it is beautiful in the springtime, as the property is well-landscaped with a lot of trees and flowers. (This is my favorite place that I have lived since I moved to Macon in 2003, but I need a 1-br and I need to be closer to where I go to school.) My dilemma is that the apartment I am getting is available now and my lease isn't up at my current apartment until April 30, 2010. I am moving out of this apartment during the week of March 22, but I am financially responsible for the month of April unless the apartment is rented. So, I am advertising this in hopes that someone that is looking for a 2-br, 2-ba apartment in north Macon will see this and try to rent out my apartment. I am a full-time commuter undergraduate student, also taking graduate classes full-time, and I work 3 jobs. (You don't even want to know how that works--12 undergraduate credits (4 classes) + 9 graduate credits (3 classes) = crazy!) Needless to say, I cannot afford to pay or to worry about paying for 2 apartments for a whole month; I just don't have that kind of money.
