We have 10 loan officers currently and we write around $150,000 - $300,000 per month. You do the math. Our loan officers ALL WRITE 15K PER MONTH. Are you the person in the office that writes $15,000 to $30,000 per month and are heads above the rest. Come and join an atmosphere of winners. No other company that I am aware of in Wisconsin does this. We make the phones ring each month for our employees. Our 3rd best loan officer wrote $70,000 in one month and came back with a $25,000 month. Be around people that write $25,000 - $40,000 consistently.
We have space for 2 maybe 3 people at the most. We offer fortune 500 health benefits. Pay ranges; If you write under $5,000 you get 45% and we really don't want you. Max pay is 55%.

Our group networks with referral sources, we keep close contact with our past customers, we do direct mail to make the phone ring, and we work hard. We own our own title company so closing is never a problem. Our title company simply does not say no. Our two processors, both with loan experience push deals through quickly. Our pricing is fantastic.

Here is what we need for you to work here. Our office space is an open concept. There are no offices, and no cubicles. This takes a little while to get use to, however we find it very effective. All the loan officers help each other with what they are saying, and help to remind you what you already know, but just didn't say or maybe forgot. We have a meeting every Monday morning at 9:30 am. You must be there.

You must have a positive attitude.

You must be a hard worker. We are not looking for someone to disrupt our already strong work ethic.

You must like doing mortgage loans. We spend a lot of time together and so if you hate your job, you should do something else. Last, we simply want high producers. If you are not, it is ok, this is just not the place for you. Winners like to be around winners.

Last, you must have FHA and VA experience. We are looking to enhance your performance, not teach. We do about 90% FHA.
