Responsibilities:

Wedding Helper Needed (Daphne, AL )

I am looking for a helper for my wedding day. I have a hired planner so you will basically assist her with setup and breakdown. Please review the duties carefully. Only reply if you are willing and able to perform these duties.

- Be available to work March 6, 2010
- Be willing to wear a White button down shirt and black slacks ( If not available, discuss planned outfit with me)
- Arrive at venue at by 11am
- Assist with setup ((NO heavy lifting) Tablecloths, place centerpieces, tie sashes, any other duties as needed by coordinator)
- Assist with cocktail hour food. You will be responsible for ensure food is in chafers before cocktail hour begins, replenishing any food in chafers that runs out, and assisting bartender as needed. ( All food consumed by hired helper will need to be out of the sight of guests)
- Assist during dinner. (Refill tea for guests, get items from bar for guests or items from buffet)
- Assist with breakdown of decorations (Should be done by 9:00 PM)

Pay will be a flat $75.00 for the day, but possibly negotiable
