Please do notify us if you think you could live with some old timers .. ( in our 50's) ready to travel and leave behind the place with a caretaker eventually ? I have a 84 Ford F150- 4x4 with a fairly new engine, new starter, altenator, I just changed the flywheel and ring gear. Its a 3/4 ton, with canopy and a 4 inch lift and 33 inch tires. The body is in good condition so is the interior, there is some surface rust around the wheel wells and a few minor dents. It has under 100,000kms the truck is basically in great condition however, we just had another baby and need more of a family vehicle. I do hate to get rid of it but have too, trust me the truck has alot of life left in her. So if you have a decent vehicle you'd like to trade let me know and maybe we can work something out.

In need of a double or queen size bed frame (Nanaimo)

Well like the ad says I need a bed frame, prefer something with a headboard and foot board. Its for the guestroom (international student coming, want to make them feel at home!) would *maybe* be interested in a bedroom suite. That being said, the reason I'm hosting an international student is because I'm on ei and have been job hunting for months with no luck, ie Im BROKE.

It doesnt have to be in mint condition, doesnt have to be real wood, but it does have to look good (dents and scratches are OK!) Delivery would need to be included as I only have a small car, unless it comes apart like the Ikea Malm frames, because I know that fits in my car.

Things I have to barter, PS2 with a crap load of games (good ones!) worth approx $250 as a bundle, rarely used Sony MP3 player 4GB worth approx $60, acoustic guitar worth approx $150, babysitting/pet sitting (I am a 21 year old female not some creepy guy!) maid services, what do you need? Looking for a decent space for a studio space and teaching occasional workshops.
