Renderings Needed

I need a renderer for 3 to 4 renderings budget permitting. I need two exterior shots and one interior so you must be able to pull off both scenes. The exterior shots are heavily landscaped with a natural terrain, and the interior shot will show the landscape through large windows. It should go without saying that you need to be a master of the landscape too. JOB DESCRIPTION: Candidate will be supervising a team of Designers and drafters to provide Bridge designs; for the NJ Department of Transportation (DOT). Preferably a NJ Professional Engineer license (PE) would be needed, licenses from NY, CT, PA, DE, would be considered as long as there is strong working knowledge of NJ DOT regulations and guidelines for Bridge design. Great communication and organization skills are a must, candidate will be reporting to the Department head of Bridge Design on project status.
