I am a 26-year-old male grad student at NYU, and I've been living here for two
years. As my previous housemate moved out last month I really need someone to
replace him. I am quiet and relaxed, and I try to keep the common area clean
and organized. and I'm looking for someone responsible both financially and
personally, who would respect the life of a shared space.

To me this is a place I feel calm, comfortable and safe, needless to say I
really liked living here as opposed to in the middle of the city. My daily
pattern is highly variable, but with my non-intrusive personality it shouldn't
be a problem.

If you are not familiar with this neighborhood: Bay Ridge is in the southwest
region of Brooklyn, and is often praised for being a great place to live. There
are many restaurants and stores, including the Century 21 department store &
home store, around 86th street and 4 & 5 avenues. The 3rd avenue is famous for
its fine restaurants, and further down west there is a bike trail and parks
along the shore. Transportation options include the subway "R" line, local
buses, and also the express buses X27,28 etc. which is a comfortable and speedy
way to get into Manhattan. The X28's last Brooklyn stop is a block and half
away, from there it runs express to Battery park.

Over all we are a crew of pretty layed back individuals that work pretty regular hours and keep to our selves when we are spending time at home.
