It is also in an old apartment (=painted multiple times, old walls) so there are areas that will need spackling and/or minor repair. You cant be serious. I'm a tile setter, and what your asking for has to be a joke. No one is going to install backer board, 168 sq ft of tile for $500, let alone 50. Second, its a two day job because the mortar takes a day to dry before you can grout it. Personally, I would charge 3.50 a ft to tile, and another 2 to install the board. Its a $900 job easy, and thats cheap considering Home Depot starts tile installation at $6.50, plus an extra 4 for the board. You get what u pay for, and in 3 months when your floor comes up I hope it was worth it you cheap fuck. Good luck with the crack head you hire, hope he robs your house.

Once you show up to the job the costomer thinks you are a lgetimate moving company and doesn 't know you answered a add on criglist. Once the job is done the scamers calls the costomer and ask for some payment code which the costomers set up prior to the move. scamers can not be paued if they do not receive this code (Belive payment code is tru like a western union or uhaul company). Then the scamers get paid and both you and the customer never here from them again. 3 guys and my self lost out on 300 bucks yesterday because of this. The water line will be connected with a T-adaptor (no pipes to sweat) under the sink and the polyethelyne line will be fished up the wall and over the drop ceiling.
