Kindly shut the fuck up. I was warned when I moved in to this apartment that you were noisy and often communed on the window sill. I tried to convince myself that your gentle cooing would be tranquil and looked forward to lazy mornings with your relaxing nature sounds. How wrong I was. I am now serenaded on the daily by your frighteningly aggressive grunting, squawking and ruffling. I’m sorry, but I do not like to wake up to avian canoodling. If it’s not bad enough that you wake me up on a weekend morning and cruelly remind me that I have no bed-mate to spoon with, my room is dully warm because I cannot open my window more than a centimeter for fear you will take it as a welcome invitation to join me in my over-priced urban sanctuary.

Mornings are not the only time I curse your existence. Earlier this week you landed on my air conditioning unit as I was coming back into my bedroom from a shower. It scared the bejesus out of me. Last night I feared an intruder was tampering with the window, a ridiculous thought, I realize, considering I am several floors up, but still. Your clicky claws and pecking beak stirred a terror in me I did not need before bed time.

So, Pigeons, as we enter into the holiday season, I make this plea. Please stay the fuck away from my windows and keep quiet. Sleeping in is one of the few indulgences I allow myself and you are dramatically hampering the quality of my dreamscape.

We know we went to fight the Germans both times, because the Jews tricked into both wars. So I don't want to discuss them, but why did we go to war with Korea, Vietnam and Iraq?

Also, we went to war in those countries I'm guessing just for something to do. It makes money for corporations and allows the military to play army.

But if we could go there and fight for nothing I would like to know why we never sent troops to Colombia and Mexico when the drugs were flowing to stomp out their trade, but we are going to send them now.

unemployed (all over)

I have been unemployed 6 months my unemployment handout is about to run out... this basically pays for the roof over my head. My car was repossesed i dont have health insurance nor receive food stamps. According to unemployment guideliness making 400 i am over qualified for medical and because i am single i am not entitled to food stamps... I see change Mr oBama but i dont like it... oh and another thing i will have to probably drop my pet off at the shelter, becausei cannot maintain it... THANKS AGAIN OBAMA

He is a douchebag. Everything I print in here is a fact. I have not printed one lie. About the holocaust everything is a fact. Why would anyone post a lie? What would that accomplish? President Obama's family time

He's still incredibly busy running the country, but President Obama found a little time this past week to catch up with his half-brother. While visiting Beijing on a diplomatic trip, Mr. Obama set aside a few minutes to talk with Mark Okoth Obama Ndesandjo, who shares the same father as the president. Mr. Ndesandjo made some headlines several months ago when he spoke about growing up with whom he called his "abusive father." He and the president have rarely seen each other in person. After their latest meeting, Mr. Ndesandjo said he felt overwhelmed and "over the moon" about getting to see his famous sibling. Details of what was discussed weren't revealed, but Searches still soared on both men's names, as well as "obama family tree."

Work site arrests of illegals fall dramatically

Arrests of illegal immigrant workers have dropped precipitously under President Obama, according to figures released Wednesday.

Criminal arrests, administrative arrests, indictments and convictions of illegal immigrants at work sites all fell by more than 50 percent from fiscal 2008 to fiscal 2009.

The figures show that Mr. Obama has made good on his pledge to shift enforcement away from going after illegal immigrant workers themselves - but at the expense of Americans' jobs, said Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, the Republican who compiled the numbers from the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE).

Mr. Smith, the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said a period of economic turmoil is the wrong time to be cutting enforcement and letting illegal immigrants take jobs that Americans otherwise would hold.

"Those stolen jobs should be returned to out-of-work citizens and legal immigrants," he said. "The Obama administration should put citizens and legal immigrants first, especially when it comes to jobs."

One area where the Obama administration has made progress was in audits of businesses' I-9 forms, which jumped 300 percent. Those audits could produce fines in the future, but Republicans said that most businesses consider them a cost of doing business, not a deterrent.

The numbers were released just days after Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said the administration has made such advances on border security that Congress should now work on legalizing illegal immigrants.

"These statistics reflect a myopic, outdated and distorted view of effective enforcement," said Homeland Security spokesman Matt Chandler. "Just a week ago, we highlighted the more than 11,000 murderers, rapists and kidnappers identified in our jails by the Secure Communities program in the last year, nearly 2,000 of which have already been deported. ICE has prioritized its enforcement efforts by focusing on hardened criminals and employers who knowingly hire illegal workers and break the law."

Frank Sharry, founder of America's Voice, an immigrant rights advocacy group, said Mr. Smith shouldn't be surprised - this is what Mr. Obama promised to change from the George W. Bush administration, which focused heavily on illegal immigrant workers rather than employers.

He said it marks a major change from former Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff to Ms. Napolitano, and that it will pay dividends as employers take heed.

"I would argue that Napolitano's being tough and smart, rather than what Chertoff did, which was looking tough but giving employers a pass," Mr. Sharry said. "I would suggest Lamar Smith is more interested in expelling millions of illegal workers than truly getting tough on bad-actor employers."

After Mr. Bush's efforts to pass an immigration bill failed in 2007, Mr. Chertoff said he would step up enforcement on his own and that workplaces would be a key target.

That led to high-profile raids and drew protests from immigrant rights groups who said families were being separated by the actions.

During last year's presidential campaign, Mr. Obama said those efforts were misplaced and he promised to refocus on unscrupulous employers who made a pattern of hiring illegal immigrants.

According to the newly released figures, administrative arrests of violators of immigration laws fell 68 percent from 2008 to 2009, criminal arrests fell 60 percent, criminal indictments fell 58 percent and convictions fell 63 percent.

Fiscal 2008 ran from Oct. 1, 2007, through Sept. 30, 2008. Fiscal 2009 began Oct. 1, 2008, and ran through Sept. 30 of this year. Mr. Obama took office Jan. 20.

In an April memo, Marcy M. Forman, director of ICE's Office of Investigation, laid out the new enforcement policy.

She said arresting illegal immigrant workers is still important but the focus must shift to employers.

"Enforcement efforts focused on employers better target the root causes of illegal immigration," she said, pointing to numbers that showed that under the Bush administration in 2008, employers made up just 2 percent of all work site arrests.

She also said ICE agents also should go after employers not just for hiring, but also look for mistreatment of workers and evidence of human trafficking, identity fraud or money laundering.

The Obama administration has promised to pursue a new legalization program next year. It would create a pathway to citizenship for illegal immigrants who commit to steps such as paying back taxes and waiting a set period of years.

In a speech last week, Ms. Napolitano said they have made enough progress on border security and immigration enforcement that Congress can now turn its attention to legalization.

But Republicans said her speech was premature. They pointed to uncertainties about the numbers and that with hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants still being apprehended on the borders, the flow has not been controlled.

They also argue that legalizing illegal immigrants in the middle of a recession is unfair to Americans looking for jobs.

Led by Mr. Smith and Rep. Steve King, Iowa Republican, House Republicans are holding a forum Thursday to look at how illegal immigrants are affecting the job market.

'Busy-day' rice

A tasty dish of basmati rice and peas I ate a few days ago at a vegetarian Indian café reminded me of one of my first attempts at cooking. I was a 19-year-old newlywed in my kitchen in Bat Yam, with no clue of how to cook rice. At the local grocery store I found a box of rice labeled "risi bisi." I thought it sounded like a cute name for busy-day rice, since it was actually a mix, presumably used for days when time was short; all you needed to do was add water.

Of course, the aromatic Indian rice dotted with peas that I had recently was a lot better than my rice from a mix. But the rice resulting from my teenage effort was acceptable - it wasn't mushy or impossibly hard, and it gave me the desire to go on to cook "real" rice. It also got me curious about the dish's name. I learned that risi e bisi meant rice with peas and was the name of a centuries-old specialty of Venice. According to Judith Barrett, author of From an Italian Garden, this was the dish the ruling doges ate at the feast of their patron saint, St. Mark, for whom Venice's famous Piazza San Marco, the city's central square, is named.

Like many cooks, Barrett prepares risi e bisi as a soup of short-grain rice and peas cooked in broth or water with chopped onions sauteed in butter and olive oil, and serves it with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.

Micole Negrin, author of Rustico, a book on regional Italian country cooking, prepares a more elaborate version of risi e bisi, beginning by cooking fresh pea pods in chicken broth for two hours. To flavor her dish, she sautees salted meat with chopped parsley and green onions and cooks the rice in the risotto style, adding broth in batches and waiting until each portion has been absorbed before ladling in more. For additional enrichment, she stirs in butter along with the grated cheese just before serving. She notes that the rice should be soupy, although she does not serve it as a soup.

In contrast, the Indian rice with fresh peas has the dry texture of a pilaf, or as an Israeli neighbor who explained rice cookery to me described the ideal rice, "orez ehad ehad," meaning rice one by one - each grain distinct and separate from the others. The Indian rice occasionally is lightly studded with toasted cumin seeds or a few whole cloves, which give it a delicate hint of spice, and might have a touch of butter. Unlike risi e bisi, which is served on its own as a first course, this light-textured, delicate rice is a partner for intensely flavored saucy dishes.

Peas are often paired with rice in a Mexican-American side dish known as Mexican or Spanish rice. It too is often prepared by the pilaf technique: The rice is heated briefly with a sauteed onion and cooked with broth, peas and diced tomatoes.

In France, I learned the easiest technique of all for preparing rice with peas - almost as effortless as using a mix. You boil the rice in plenty of water as in cooking pasta, drain it and heat it with butter, or even better with butter-sauteed onions, and cooked peas.

In fact, all of these styles of combining rice and peas can be prepared in a short time and require few ingredients. With rice in your pantry and shelled peas in your freezer, you have the makings of a savory side dish or appetizer that can be ready in minutes.

RICE WITH PEAS, FRENCH STYLE

This dish is a delicious accompaniment for broiled, baked or poached fish and is a snap to prepare with frozen peas. But when fresh peas are in season, this is a good dish to use them, as you don't need a large amount; you'll need only about 450 grams to give 1 cup shelled peas, and they'll need about 7 minutes to cook.

The rice is cooked like pasta and then is rinsed. I learned this technique when I worked in a restaurant kitchen in Paris. Doing this makes it easy to cook the rice ahead. All it needs is quick reheating with a little butter or oil.

To make it with brown instead of white rice, cook the rice in the water for 35 to 40 minutes.

1 cup long-grain white rice
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 cup frozen peas
2 to 4 Tbsp. butter or 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
1⁄2 cup minced onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Bring about 6 cups water to a boil in a large saucepan and add a pinch of salt. Add rice, stir once, and cook uncovered over high heat about 12 to 14 minutes or until tender; check by tasting. Drain in a strainer, rinse with cold water until cool, and let drain for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, thaw peas at room temperature or by briefly heating them in the microwave; or heat them for 1 minute in a small pot of boiling water or until just thawed.

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onion and saute about 5 minutes or until softened but not brown. Add peas, rice, and salt and pepper to taste. Heat mixture over low heat, tossing lightly with a fork, until hot. Add remaining butter if desired; cover pan and let rice stand for 2 minutes, or until butter melts. Add chopped parsley; toss again lightly. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.

Makes 4 servings.

EASY RISI E BISI

Although this dish is generally served as a first course in restaurants, I also like it as an accompaniment for vegetarian entrees or for a mild-flavored baked fish such as cod. If you'd like to serve it as a soup, use 6 cups of broth.

2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. butter (optional)salt and freshly ground pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
11⁄2 cups Arborio rice or other round risotto rice
1 to 11⁄2 cups frozen peas
4 cups hot vegetable broth or parve chicken-flavored broth
1⁄3 cup chopped parsley
1⁄3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a heavy medium saucepan. Add onion and saute over medium heat for 5 minutes or until soft but not brown. Add rice and stir for 2 minutes until coated. Add 1⁄2 cup broth and stir. Simmer over medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes until most of broth evaporates.

Add 2 cups hot broth and stir. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 9 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Add remaining broth, stir and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Any Excuse
Naturally such eruptions are not just restricted to driving. On November 25th 1998, in the Brisbane Supreme court, a jury found Nigel Gorden Cumberworth, 22, and Shukura Juma, 33, guilty of the murder of Gordon Charles Mott, 46. On February 1st 1997, the victim was stabbed 47 times after complaining about loud music being played in a boarding house at Browning Street, West End. Justice Ken MacKenzie sentenced both men to life in jail, and advised any future parole board to make absolutely certain neither was a danger to the community before they were released. Tomorrow is Veterans Day, commemorating our men and women who fought (and died) to keep this country free under the Constitution and Bill of Rights established by our Founding Fathers.

On November 4, 2008, Barack Hussein Obama was elected to the office of president of the United States. The evidence grows that Obama is not an American citizen, was not eligible to the office he holds, should never have been allowed on the ballot in any of the 50 states.

1. Not one of the Senators of Representatives in Congress has actually seen Obama's birth certificate. They have seen pictures of a document posted on the internet, but they have not seen the actual birth certificate.

2. Hawaii claims to hold a birth certificate for Obama but that does not mean Obama was born in Hawaii. At the time Obama contends he was born (1961), Hawaii (Act 96, Session Laws of 1911, Special Session of 1909 and the Organic Act) allowed for the birth registration, in Hawaii, of foreign-born children. Until the actual birth certificate is produced and examined; where Obama was actually born is unknown and unproven.

3. No Hawaiian hospital is willing to own up to Obama being born there. Meanwhile, Obama and his half-sister have claimed he was born at two different hospitals. When Obama finally decided he was born at one particular hospital, internet sites set about to "correct" their stories to reflect his unproven claims, including the left-wing website, Snopes.com.

4. On page 26 of his book, Dreams from my Father (2004, paperback edition), Obama states he found his birth certificate in with other documents in his grandparents home. If Obama was actually born in Hawaii, such undermines the need for Hawaii to produce a laser printed document only produced after 2001the Certification of Live Birth that has appeared in pictures on the internet, that Hawaii refuses to authenticate, and that forensic experts have dubbed a forgery.

5. Obama has claimed dual citizenship at birth, American by his mother, Kenyan by his father (actually, this would be British as Kenya was a British colony at that time). Historically, "natural-born" requires two American parents. This makes Obama ineligible under Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the United States Constitution, irrespective of the birth certificate issue. Whether a dual citizen at birth, indications are that Obama because an Indonesian citizen and remains so today.

6. African newspapers have consistently claimed that Obama is "Kenyan-born". One such article that recently surfaced is dated 2004. This means he did not have dual citizenship at birth was a British subject at birth as his mother was not of the age required to confer her citizenship to Obama.

7. Obama's paternal step-grandmother, Sarah, also claims he was born in Kenya and she was present at his birth.

8. Obama was listed, in the Soetoro/Dunham divorce papers, as dependent on Lolo Soetoro for the purposes of education. As Obama was over the age of 18 at the time, he could only be considered the legal child of Lolo Soetoro if he was legally adopted by Soetoro. Evidence points to him being adopted by Lolo Soetoro, to becoming (ca 1966) an Indonesian citizen. No evidence exists that he was ever an American or that he reclaimed American citizenship. The terminology used in the divorce papers may have been to facilitate Obama in receiving foreign student aid to attend college in the United States.

9. Indications are that Nancy Pelosi and other Democrat National Committee personnel knew Barack Hussein Obama was not eligible to the office of president; that the nomination of a non-American as the Democrat candidate was deliberate.

Since his usurping of the office of president, Obama has worked tirelessly to dismantle what remains of the once great nation, the United States of America. He has

1. plunged this nation $1.4 trillion dollars further in debt, more than any president in history;
2. pushed every piece of Marxist legislation to come forth from the House and Senate;
3. taken over private companies in violation of the United States Constitution;
4. used the public coffers to bail out his Wall Street benefactors;
5. used his public office to promote and assist radical left-wing organizations like the Black Panthers, ACORN, and Moveon.org;
6. surrounded himself with czars who have a known Marxist agenda;
7. traveled the world denigrating America and the American people;
8. bowed in fealty to his Muslim brothers;
9. partied hearty in the White House at taxpayer expense while Americans lost their jobs;
10. insulted America's allies at every opportunity while affiliating himself with the leaders of Marxist regimes.

More recently, one of Obama's Muslim brothers shot and killed at least 13 people, wounded at least 31 at Ft Hood in Texas. While former President George Bush and his wife, Laura, met with families, the wounded, and mourners, Obama was in DC, twisting the arms of members of the U.S. House of Representatives to pass his Marxist healthcare reform bill (H.R. 3962). After all, if he can't kill them with bullets, what better way to kill them than by withholding (rationing) health care?

In commemorating the men and women who have died for our country, for the cause of freedom, Public Television broadcast a show Sunday night on the vast cemeteries that sprinkle the European landscape where Americans fought and thousands died in World War II. They fought for their country and for those who came after them, their progeny.

And now we stand at the precipice of the totalitarian state with a man occupying the White House, usurping the Oval Office, who isn't an American; who has, by his own actions and words, declared himself a Marxist.

The United States Congress, assembled, has refused to remove this usurper sitting illegitimately as our president.

The United States Supreme Court, and lower courts, have refused to address the growing body of evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is not our legitimate president; going so far as to make the ludicrous claim that they cannot overturn the vote of millions, in essence saying that popular vote (if it could even be claimed to be uncorrupted) is above the law.

The mainstream media of the United States has refused to expose this illegitimate president. Indications are that their actions are the result of threats and duress should they expose Obama for the fraud he is.

If those who are supposed to uphold our laws, according to their oath of office, refuse to do so, then they leave the American people no choice but to take matters into their own hands.

This past week we have seen three shootings occur in this countryin Florida, in Texas, and in Washington state. Each of these shootings was directed against a company or government entity seen as unjust. This is the direct result of the refusal of those entrusted to do so, to uphold the law; this is a direct result of the corruption that permeates our government and the companies now seen as partnered with it in the fascist state. When the rule of law breaks down, and it has, then anarchy reigns.

All the men and women who have died for this country, it would seem, from the War of Independence to present day, have died in vain.

Is there anything worse than a president who spent three minutes speechifying at a Dept. of Interior tribal leaders conference before mentioning the massacre of American soldiers at Ft. Hood? Maybe not. But coming in close second is the CBS television network, which decided to edit those first three minutes out of its news presentation in order to spare the president the national embarrassment he so richly deserves.

But it gets “better.” On their Thursday night national newscasts, both NBC and CBS decided not to mention that the alleged mass murderer, Major Nidal Malik Hasan, was a Muslim. And then there was the latest gaffe arising from the media’s unspoken First Commandment, aka “get it first, even if it’s wrong:” despite widespread reports that the shooter was killed, he is still alive.

Is there a bottom for this bunch?

Several months ago I wrote a column in which I stated that a hopelessly biased media was “all in” with this president and the Democratic party. I said if Democrats and the president tank, they take the MSM down with them. Anyone examining the ratings of three-out-of-the-four national networks knows it’s already happening. The lone exception is Fox News, which, according to the president and his odious enablers, isn’t a “legitimate” news source.

So what’s legitimate about covering for the president by editing his remarks, refraining to mention that alleged shooter Hasan is a Muslim, or saying he was killed when he’s still alive?

Beats me. But each time I think the Fourth Estate can’t stoop any lower, they prove me wrong. And I’ll stand by what I said yesterday: the presidency of Barack Obama is effectively over. His true colors have been revealed: he is so completely out of touch with the ethos of America, it never even occurred to him that the murder of twelve and the wounding of thirty-one American servicemen made everything else he wanted to talk about irrelevant by comparison.

And all the media spin in the world won’t change that reality.

Americans know a watershed moment when they see one, and what they saw can be reduced to six words: he is not one of us.

Barack Obama is a “citizen of the world” for whom America is just another country that must be re-shaped in accordance with the new reality of global governance. He is the latest member of an historical lineup of leftist megalomaniacs who brook no dissent with their “vision.” American soldiers? Cogs in a military machine he has little use for. Troops left twisting in the wind, even as the promise of making a troop level decision once the election in Afghanistan was concluded remains unfulfilled.

Barack Obama is now President Titanic. The iceberg has been hit. The sinking, however long and drawn out, inevitable. The MSM? Going down with the ship.

Shame on all of them.

Federal Judge Carter sets Trial Date for Obama's Eligibility!

The expedited trial has been set for Jan. 26, 2010!

Many concerned veterans and citizens attended the hearing in Federal Court in Santa Ana in the lawsuit against Barack Obama to determine his eligibility to be President and Commander in Chief. About 150 people showed up, almost all in support of the lawsuit to demand that Obama release his birth certificate and other records that he has hidden from the American people.

Judge David Carter refused to hear Obama's request for dismissal. He indicated there was almost no chance that this case would be dismissed. Obama is arguing this lawsuit was filed in the wrong court if you can believe that. Obama would prefer a "kangaroo court" instead of a Federal court! Assuming Judge Carter denies Obama's motion for dismissal, he will likely then order expedited discovery which will force Obama to release his birth certificate in a timely manner (if he has one).

The judge, WHO IS A FORMER U.S. MARINE, repeated several times that this is A VERY SERIOUS CASE which must be resolved quickly so that the troops know that their Commander in Chief is eligible to hold that position and issue lawful orders to our military in this time of war. He basically said OBAMA MUST PROVE HIS ELIGIBILITY to the court! He said Americans deserve to know the truth about their President!

The two U.S. Attorneys representing Barack Obama tried everything they could to sway the judge that this case was frivolous, but Carter would have none of it and cut them off several times. Obama's attorneys left the courtroom after about the 90 minute hearing looking defeated and nervous.

Great day in America for the U.S. Constitution! The truth about Barack Obama's eligibility will be known fairly soon - Judge Carter practically guaranteed it!

Dumb Blacks: can't be changed (LI)

Thomas Sowell, the black economist, has made a great point of showing that West Indian Negroes in the U.S. do much better than American-born Negroes. He relies on this idea to "prove" that Negroes do not suffer from any genetic handicaps. West Indians, he tells us, hail from lands with less racial discrimination and are therefore culturally conditioned to outdo American blacks who only recently have enjoyed equal opportunity under the law. If our Negroes came from the Lesser or Greater Antilles, then they too would "make it" in America.

Sowell's thesis doesn't jibe too well with a recent study of West Indians in Britain, whose results, "based on the most extensive battery of tests ever given to ethnic minority children in this country," have been published in the British Journal of Development Psychology.

When West Indians begin school at five in Britain, they do as well as other racial groups and read slightly ahead of white working-class children and almost as well as white middle-class children. By age seven, however, all whites pull ahead. By age 10, blacks are a year behind lower-class whites and two years behind middle-class whites. At the same time, white IQs hold steady while black IQs decline 4.6 points (Indian IQs go up 4.4 points in the same period). Finally, only 2% of the blacks manage to get into the higher-school curriculum which is composed of the top 25% of the students. By age 16, West Indians are generally ineligible for higher education and professional training.

Sandra Scarr, the Yale psychologist who headed the testing team, dealt Sowell a mortal blow when she made the obligatory disclaimer, "Genetics explain nothing." If genes have nothing to do with the West Indians' poor educational record, then the causes must be environmental. Yet Sowell's case rests entirely on the proposition that environment is the sole reason for the West Indians' economic success in the U.S. His argument now falls flat -- unless he can show that the underachieving West Indians in Britain come from a different environment than the allegedly overachieving West Indians in the U.S.

Despite Ms. Scarr, genetics seem to explain quite a lot. Blacks cannot match white performance wherever and whenever the two races meet in industrialized societies. Perhaps the West Indians' cultural environment is better for blacks because of the black preponderance in the Islands. Perhaps this does give them a slight cultural or psychological edge over American-born blacks. But both in Britain and in the U.S. most blacks, whatever their origins, do worse than whites in and out of school. And how does Sowell's environmental hypothesis account for the fact that West Indian blacks in Britain have the same propensity for rioting and crime as blacks everywhere, including their kinfolk in Africa?

Kill Cops! (LI)

A city of 100,000 might have 100 police officers. Out of the 100,000 there are probably 40,000 stout hearted men. If one day these 40,000 decided they had enough of their "police protection", they could change things in about an hour. The numbers illustrates one thing. Government exists by sufferance -- the consent of the people. It is not some entity dropped from the clouds to direct our lives. If the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution, mean little to you, then why do you call yourself American?

Police officers are mercenaries. They do what they do for money, pensions and a feeling of power. Cut off their pay and you'll see how dedicated they really are.

Our niggerball players are also mercenaries. They play, not for your city, but for money and pussy. In fact, it would be rare for one of them to be from your city. "Your team" is yours only as long as you pay them more than the next city. They have no allegiance to you or your city. That's what mercenaries are.

When I look at the several photos of "our troops", why do I see so many Mexicans and Chinese? Are these Americans? You say that giving someone the label "American", and then handing him a paper that says he's naturalized, changes him from a bad guy to a good guy?

Dumb Teaching (LI)

We hear a lot these days about the degradation of our educational system and how it is turning out an inferior product, namely our children. In the welter of criticism, the critics seem to forget that the best pie-maker in the world can do nothing with mud except produce mud pies. After years of working in the aerospace industry as a chemist, I know of no instance where a product is independent of the material of which it is formed. American education is a mirror of the values of the population as a whole. Educational standards have fallen so low because society wants every student to pass. The cold reality is that high standards necessitate high failure rates. No gadget, no film strip, no computer software will ever catapult a simian brain out of the realm of thinking about climbing trees.

The sad truth is that many of our best teachers have lost their jobs simply because they insisted upon maintaining high standards. New York State once boasted of having the highest standards of any state in the country. Today, some schools in our second most populated state refuse to give any grades lower than 60. I personally know of situations where teachers were told that a "relevant" algebra course consisted of the first four chapters in a 22-chapter book. I do not wish to belabor the point, but our school systems, like our politicians, are exactly what the public demands. When present-day teachers adhere to standards, they will soon be looking for a job. Tell the truth, and you'll never make it in politics either.

American education has a steadily increasing supply of inferior raw material to work with. In this regard it is unfair to compare "average" American students with those of Germany, Japan or Russia. In Germany and Japan, I strongly suspect the standard IQ deviation is much smaller than in the U.S. Even though the U.S.S.R. is quite racially diversified, the commissars are practical enough to keep the potatoes separate from the carrots. I am sure that Russian performance data represents a select group.

I have mentioned the dirty word "IQ." For the sake of argument, let's assume that a score on a IQ test has no correlation to the "actual" mental acumen and reasoning power of the youthful individual. It would follow that a group of students scoring 80 would demonstrate the same random distribution of "brains" as a group scoring 120. This corollary would give the maximum latitude to the myth believers. Therefore I make this challenge. Name your own high-school mathematics course. Give me one school year with nothing more than a textbook and chalkboard. Since IQ scores are not supposed to mean much, no one should object if I selected the 120 score group to work with. My opponent has the liberty of utilizing any conceivable collection of computer hardware, software, mushware and fanfare together with Sesame Street decimals, padded chairs, metrics and any other fluff available. After the instruction is over, let's allow the passage of six-months for digestion of the newly accumulated knowledge, creativity, decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, synthesis, evaluation and communications or whatever. Pick your SAT tests, closed- or open-book exams, surprise quizzes, essays, research projects or any other criteria for performance evaluation. Anyone care to bet that my group won't win hands down?

A longer academic year? Many of our inner-city pupils are wiped out after the second week in September. Closer cooperation with industry? Certainly. No one should teach chemistry unless he has been formally employed by industry as a chemist for at least two years. Most science teachers haven't the faintest idea of the practical applications of their favorite subject. In education, as in life, to enjoy milk and cream one must first get used to shoveling a little manure. How much can be learned about cows by sipping from a milk carton?

In a society which stampedes to a stadium to witness one bunch of morons chase the other's balls (or a "concert" where the lunatics on the stage are out screamed by the collective convulsions of the audience), I can only predict a steady diminution of academic performance. Illiterates are being granted huge "scholarships" for atavistic excellence. Passing grades become items of charity. As the unrestricted breeding of the dumber dumbbells increases and the performance requirements of an advancing technological society increase, one can easily extrapolate massive social upheavals. Out of expedience alone, the educational product will become inexorably inferior. Our equality-obsessed society will not tolerate a change in educational direction any more than it will tolerate a change to economic belt-tightening.

American education has suffered grievously from the Spock and Company jew-brand of "new think." The fact is that our contemporary educationists make Spock look rather sane. I witnessed a TV program a short time ago that featured a jewish professor of something or other who claimed that African termites would be building radio telescopes after 20,000 more years of evolution. This welcome prediction was based upon the "fact" that these termites build their mounds in the form of Gothic arches. Academia reeks with such professors.

Johnny Jones gets a low grade. Since the grade is obviously "unfair," the irate parent descends upon the school board, school administrator or both. It doesn't take more than 15 minutes for the buck to be passed to the teacher. If teacher wishes to keep his or her job, then the grades must come up. So teacher lowers ("curving") the standards. Now Johnny gets a higher grade and knows less.

In some schools, attendance counts for 40% of the grade. In some schools, students are given extra points just for remaining silent and super-points for not trashing the room. Any wonder that many teachers describe their jobs as "baby-sitting" and refer to themselves as "wardens?" Recently a new teacher in our local high school complained that the chemistry course was not adhering to New York State requirements for laboratory work. He was fired. If anyone thinks these episodes are rare, I suggest that reality is out of his ken. We are still free to prate, but woe to us if we try to implement.

Afloat in their isolated ship, educators twaddle about correcting the presence of water in the hold. Following hours of role playing, committee-forming and "interaction encounters," they come to a conclusion. The water is there because there is no path for egress. Solution? Drill a hole in the bottom. When that doesn't work, form another committee. By popular vote it is then decided that the principle of drilling a hole to let the water out was sound, but the hole wasn't large enough. Since the ship of education is now barely afloat, I'm waiting for the next round of hole-boring to commence.

I hate to end this little essay on another sour note, but our current crop of education "experts" remind me of backward-mounted jockeys who, after getting the horse to gallop in reverse, seem puzzled as to why the horses have their heads on the wrong end.

Be White! (LI)

One might wonder what the result would be if every hairless ape on the planet took an IQ test. What would the average IQ really be? We'll never know, but a guess is in order. Since sixty-some percent of the world's population lives in Asia, it follows that the average IQ would be heavily influenced by the Asian factor. Any which way you slice it, the average IQ would be below 90 -- a very generous upper limit.

I believe it was a Canadian, Dr. Philip Rushton, who did some sort of study on IQ distribution some years back. He concluded that Yellows (Asians) ranked number one, with Whites trailing, followed by Blacks. Some of his conclusions were based upon well-known correlations, namely that of penis size to intelligence --- the bigger the pole, the smaller the brain. Dr. Rushton, being a Ph.D., was typically lacking in all common sense, that being eradicated by the purpose of higher education. True perhaps, was his data on Yellows residing in Canada but one must never forget --- especially White people -- that the Chinese, for example, who attend our universities, are not the run-of-the-mill rice-eaters. They represent the upper intellectual echelon, as do the Japanese students, simply because their nations are practical enough not to waste time and money shipping below-average, or even average, specimens to our shores. China is full of incredibly stupid people but their leaders are intelligent enough to see the world as it is instead of being tinted by some rose-colored egalitarian set of glasses. Japanese, as well as jews, and others, know talent when they see it and will always use it, if they can, for their purposes. A life-long friend of mine was hired by Nissan because he was the best man that they could find for the job they had in mind. (Affirmative action and quotas simply are not used in Japan.) He was the manager of approximately 300 Japanese engineers and workers for nearly 12 years. Thus, he saw the Japanese at close range. He concluded, although somewhat sarcastically, that any good White man could do a job which took 5 Japanese to so. If he proves no longer useful, he will be discarded. In America, that which is of no use is usually elected to some high office.

Intelligence, as Dr. Revilo Oliver once remarked, might be little more than the ability to survive. In this respect, it appears that the Yellows have a distinct advantage for they are certainly not blind to the real world. Isn't it the Chinese who are now taking advantage of "freebie" legislation which the more ignorant Blacks never caught on to? Or the Mexicans, for that matter?

If Dr. Rushton took the time to pass out IQ tests to some billion Chinese, I am sure that Whites would rank supreme as their history of inventions and civilization already indicates, at least to those with eyes to see. Although Whites include, in their definition of 'mankind', every dirty, diseased, dim-witted savage on the planet, it is hard for me to believe that the Asian would ever include the Black man in their definition. (Imagine a world ruled by Chinese. How concerned do you think they'd be over Black welfare?)

For centuries, White people knew they were number one and never were touched by feelings of guilt for it. As the rest of the world tries to become White, Whites are trying to be Black, or something worse. It won't work. The conditioning mechanism, however, is in place. Mainly, it's TV. Hardly a commercial is viewed which is not accompanied by annoying jungle log-thumping. I watched a recent show detailing the cameras used in our spy aircraft. Most scenes had "thump, ada thump, thump" noise as an acoustic interjection. The shrieks of a Whitney Houston -- her mouth opened wide enough to hold a grapefruit -- are not the sounds Mozart would appreciate. The movie was New Moon. I got advanced tickets ... the tickets were sold out almost a month ago... little girls love the movie what can I say. I asked my cousin if her daughter (my god-daughter) wanted to see it. She was super-excited to go. I took her there and as soon as the movie was over at 11:30pm I took her straight home and her mother put her to bed. Unfortunately for you, I am exceedingly responsible with kids. And over-protective. This was a once in a blue moon treat for a little kid obsessed with the movie, to see it before everyone else when the tickets are already sold out. Why wouldn't her mother let her go? Once in a while for something they really like kids can be allowed to stay up past thier bedtime. Any parent would agree. It was actually very refreshing and cute to see her so innocent and excited about it. Little kids nowadays are so jaded it's scary. It's nice to see them actually be kids and enjoy kid things. I am hoping that between the waterweight, the the walking I just finished doing, and a long nights sleep, I might have no weight gain morning to morning from Friday to Saturday.

Also, I did start to do a little bit of a calestetics type of thing in the morning, just moving my arms all over the place and a few other movements, - I hope to continue and expand on that as well.
