Global Web Analytics Manager (Paramus, NJ)

Be responsible for the in-depth analysis and reporting of co’s e-commerce properties and online channel efforts, including search engine marketing (SEM) and optimization (SEO), to maximize Website behaviors and drive business results. Be the company's expert on Web analytics, online user experience and behavior, data analysis and performance reporting. Be responsible for developing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for each global market, building dashboards, competitive benchmarking and trending, and for communicating key metrics and findings to the leadership team and business partners. Responsibilities

• Assist in increasing Web site traffic and conversions through expert knowledge and insights as well as quantitative data analysis of e-commerce visitor behaviors, multivariate testing and online surveys. Benchmark against industry research and competitive intelligence.
• Manage setup and tracking of Web analytics for online campaigns including paid search, ppc, 3rd party online advertising (affiliates, content networks, comparison shopping engines, etc.), on-site promotions, e-mail campaigns, SEO efforts and Web 2.0 content and social media promotions.
• Monitor site usability including abandonment points, issues with information architecture and taxonomy and make recommendations for improving online customer experience.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
• Minimum 3 years experience managing Web analytics business performance reporting for e-commerce and online promotions.
• Experience driving change through the disciplined use of Web analytics to measure online campaigns, visitor behaviors and Web site user experience.

Senior Software Engineer for large web-based application (Woodbridge, NJ)

Numara Software is looking for a senior software engineer to expand the growing development team
for our FootPrints service desk product. You should have a strong background in developing
web-based applications, and therefore have strong html/css/javascript/ajax skills and
a general history of solving issues that are unique to web-based applications. In addition to
this, you should be a solid engineer, with experience in software development methodologies,
and a master of at least one server-side language such as Perl, PHP, Ruby on Rails, Java, etc.
Extra points for Perl experience, because FootPrints is written in Perl.

Some of the "web" experience that we're looking for:

html
- you should be able to hand-code html with your eyes closed, and understand the value of
unobtrusive javascript and cascading style sheets. you should understand the html dom, how to
get properties from it, and how to manipulate it. You should be able to work with forms effortlessly.

css
- you should have a basic knowledge of css selectors, defining css classes, and ids.

javascript

Primary Responsibilities

• Review the clinical protocol to ensure that all data collection requirements are identified and clarified.

• Develop eCRF and edit specifications for all assigned studies. Ensure that they are complete and comprehensive and include custom functions prior to building the eCRF.

• Develop study level eCRFs including programming the edits, and derivations.

• Organize and lead the eCRF development team. Create and monitor the eCRF development timeline.

• Follow all eCRF development SOPs and EDC Standards. Provide feedback on standards performance once deployed.

• Ensure that all eCRF testing is completed and documented. Provide input if eCRFs are audited.
