Internet technology specialist, Google, you tube (Traverse City/Kingsley)

I have a small Internet company that works on eBay and three outside websites. I need someone who understands Webmaster tools within Google. Google map applications, Google-based applications. Also must be able to use video editing software and upload videos to my space/you tube. Please do not respond to this job if you think that you are very capable of figuring out how to do this.
