At least a year of supervisory experience, preferably in a residential environment is requisite. Must have Risking Connection, TCI, CPR, and First Aid Training and be Med Certified. Ability to maintain control and remain calm in a crisis situation is mandatory as is the ability to stay awake throughout the third shift.
Must be able to provide on-going and annual performance evaluations for all third shift staff, commending excellent performance and recommending disciplinary procedures, if and when required. Ability to schedule coverage for shifts and provide strong leadership is requisite.
