VERY BUSY Leasing Office Seeks Full Time Permanent Leasing Consultant (Campus Commons - Pullman)

VERY fast paced, professional leasing office is seeking a full time permanent leasing consultant.

THIS POSITION IS BASED ON AN HOURLY PAY OF $9+ (DOE) PLUS COMMISSION!!!

Must be able to work 40 hours a week with flexibility to work weekends AND all WSU breaks. Job duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones and gathering information on prospective residents, touring prospective residents, leasing our fantastic apartment homes, performing all aspects related to the leasing process including paperwork and renewal activity, office reception,some marketing/advertising, and helping residents with all of their needs, in addition to carrying out all other duties as directed by the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Mastered customer service skills
Honest and accountable
Demonstrated multi-tasking skills
Excellent, professional written and oral communication skills
Outstanding phone and in-person sales ability

High energy and commitment to high performance in a busy work environment

Computer literate (including Microsoft programs, basic html)

Preferred Qualifications:

Any property management experience
Knowledge of Yardi Voyager software program
College Graduate
