Ring (Davenport)

I lost my ring at Steak n shake on W. Kimberly road, Tuesday night around 7pm. Its not worth alot of money or anything, but has value to me, and would give a reward if someone found it. It may have fallen out of my pocket while I was riding my motorcycle home, so it could have been found anywhere in steak n shake, or all the way across town on Kimberly Road. I know this is a long shot, but figured it was worth a try. It is sterling silve size 7, with a sapphire stone in the center. Please email with any information. Thank you

we found a white dog at about 6am. it looks like a husky. we found him at about locust st and gaines st. he does have a dog license tag on. i called the humane society so they could contact the owner but we havent heard back from them. he is missing his family and just wants to go home. he did get loose again and we chased after him. we would really like to find his owner. he is not eating any food. he seems to be home sick. if you or someone you know are missing this dog please contact me asap. he is very anxious to see his owner again. 5632092nine5zero

my van has been broke into several times im sure by the same persons my wedding ring set and 4 other rings 2 just silver bands with flower designs on them 1 is the 2 hearts together ring from k's and a gold mens wedding ring sized to fit my thumb were stolen along with a necklace that had my dads thumbprint on it and says dad on the back please if anyone has any info contact me thru email i have a police report for everytime they have gotten in my van and i would really like to have my rings and necklace thank u

Our yellow lab was lost on Saturday morning around 10 am in Blackhawk State Park. He is 2 years old, weighs around 70 pounds, and is a total sweetheart. If you find him can you PLEASE email us? We miss him dearly!

Lost! Sold grandmother's dresser by mistake! (Brown Street, Davenport, IA)

Lost! Eastlake-style dresser/mirror, and 1930's lamp.
A family member sold this dresser and lamp by mistake following an estate sale late October/early November.
The sale was on Brown Street, Davenport, south of St. Ambrose University, and west of Brady Street.
I continue to hope the items will be returned to me, and I will refund the price paid.

A 1920-1930's style lamp with cloth cord. The lamp is approximately 20-24" tall.
I have been advised that this lamp was re-sold by the dealer who purchased it; at an antique sale in Des Moines, Iowa in November.
(I have also placed a Craig's List ad in Des Moines)

An Eastlake-style small (walnut?) dresser with attached wood-framed mirror.
Dresser was refinished 20 years ago, has brass teardrop dresser pulls, 3 obvious drawers and 1 "hidden" drawer at the bottom.
The dresser and attached wood framed mirror was purchased by a gentleman.

My late grandmother owned the items; the dresser was refinished by my late father,
and the furniture was stored at my brother's home until I could find safe transport to my new home.

Both items were sold by mistake, and I hope to recover them; as their history means so much to me.
