Cette personne sera responsable de maintenir tous les aspects des systèmes du bâtiment aussi bien que pour la propreté de combinaison du pavillon et d'autres bâtiments comme approprié
Rapports au directeur du pavillon

Exigences de l’emploi

Effectuer des réparations mineures à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur de la bâtisse
S’assurer que les vestiaires et les aires communes sont nettoyés
Nettoyage et entretien du pavillon
Réparations mineures à la plomberie et aux installations électriques
Commande des fournitures et contrôle des produits en réserve
Mise en place lors d’activités
Embauche et établissement des horaires du personnel d’entretien
Travailler selon les directives budgétaires
Vous aurez également à jouer un rôle déterminant dans le maintien de la culture en matière de santé et de sécurité
Autres fonctions telles qu’assignées par mes directeurs du Club

Compétences

Un minimum de 2 à 5 années d’expérience dans l’organisation matérielle ou dans la gestion de propriété, expérience dans le domaine du tourisme réceptif est définitivement un atout
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite et capacité à travailler dans un environnement d’équipe
Sens de l’organisation et aptitudes administratives incluant la conception de rapport, des feuilles de travail et autres documents
Capacité prouvée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément

Job Description – Director of Operations:

Join the head office team of Student Tours & Promotions Inc. in promoting and managing our events in your local city or university campus. We are currently seeking a Director of Operations/City Manager role for Quebec City.

Job roles and responsibilities include:

• Managing, promoting and organizing the Halloween Club Crawl 2010 on Saturday, Oct. 30.
• Promoting the event at local college and university campuses.
• Promoting the event at local nightclub and pub venues participating in the event.
• Meeting and forming long term relationships with venue owners and managers.
• Meeting and forming long term relationships with potential event sponsors.
• Hiring and recruiting local volunteer and paid staff positions in your area.
• Innovative decision-making at all levels of the event planning process

General Labourers Needed ~ Outdoor Shed Build! (Sept-iles)

Currently looking for 2 general labourers who can assist in building 5 sheds at a local department store for a spring promotion.

$242/per person

It sound only take a max of 2 days to complete and you can do the build anytime within March 15th - April 16th you just tell us when you are going to do it and we will book it in.

You just need your basic hand tools, training is provided all materials are pre-fab and locationed at the store.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs +
