I have been a personal trainer for over 6 years. I have been involved with fitness since I was a child by training through the art of Taekwondo and receiving a second degree black belt by the age of 15. I operate out of a private studio located in ELK GROVE, off of Laguna Blvd and just minutes from the I-5 freeway. My studio is well equipped (cardio equip., free weights, machines, resistance bands, med.balls, bosu balls, stability balls, boxing and kickboxing equip., speed and agility equip.,and much more) and comes with all the basic amenities of a standard training facility (including air conditioning).
