The Q is a true Texas style BBQ, and was custom made from Texas. The whole trailer is about 16 feet long and weighs about 1200 Lbs. Is made of solid ¼ inch steel and can be used as a traditional smoker or a regular grill. It has four slide-out racks and duel temperature gages.

I can use briquettes or, “I suggest” real wood for that taste that you just can’t get from your average restaurant. (NO GAS HERE). You can choose from Mesquite, Hickory, Cherry, Oak, Apple, or the many other wonderful wood flavors available to compliment your specific taste that will impress all of your guests.
