Loan Officers Wanted – Training Provided - High Income Potential (Roseville)
Loan Officer to Top Producer
A top Roseville Mortgage Broker Company is looking for go-getter sales people. Someone who’s a self starter and an efficient multi –tasker, great with people…..and who wants to be on the front line.
Perhaps you’re a loan officer who has no support, no business plan and no leads. Or you’re someone who has worked in real estate or real estate-related business, such as a mortgage or title company as an assistant or transaction coordinator.
Perhaps you are doing 5 jobs in one. The office manager, the website and e-mail manager, the transaction coordinator, the loan coordinator and the client service manager.
Chances are, you’re an outgoing person. You like people, you like to talk on the phone, in person, you like helping people, you have a great attitude. You like to follow a proven business plan that gets results.
You’re definitely computer savvy. You know your way around the internet and can figure out new ways to use it to keep in touch with clients. You really know word, excel, publisher, contact management and data base software and pick up new software without breaking into a sweat.
Not to keep you at the keyboard all day, because you’re also great with people….even if they’re cranky, demanding or scared.
Multi-multi-multi-tasking at a very fast pace is no problem for you. You can talk, walk, chew gum and smile at the same time….organizing email, answering phones, preparing marketing materials, coordinating loan preparations and checking transaction paperwork.
You’ll be a key part of a fast growing mortgage origination company.
You have a license from the California Department of Real Estate. You’ll need a car to do a sales route.
We offer a very detailed, very intense mortgage training program that is administered by a 17 year veteran of the business. By the end of the training, you will know more about loan guidelines and sales tactics than the average Loan Officer on the street.
