Need a wedding catered. I have lots of spaghetti and have a “Spaghetti with Garlicky Marcela Mushrooms” recipe. Auto: Labor.

Must be able to come to S. Natomas (near the 80 Exit at Northgate)?

I have a 93 Saturn Sedan (SL2) 1.9 DOHC.

It 'seems' like my Tensioner has gone bad and needs to be replaced (along with the belt).

Like so many, I'm on a tight budget; so I can have the car (right front) jacked up, the passenger wheel off, the dust cover pulled back and would only need you to come over and take the two bolts off the Tensioner and replace it and the belt. This would take about 20-30 minutes but I'd pay for a full hour.

I'd then put everything else back together; so you wouldn't have to do that either.

These regulations clearly state that there are certain days that you simply cannot burn due to poor air quality. However, if that day is stormy, or windy- the chances are minimal the air quality is bad.

• If you use your wood burning fireplace or "stove" as your sole source of heat, you are exempt from this ban. You better make sure your central heater doesn't work if you have one, because they will fine you if you get caught.
  

Read these notices carefully (links)- I am in this business, I know the laws to the letter. You would be surprised at how many people are actually exempt from the burn ban!

You might want to reconsider. The city of Citrus Heights does not allow anyone to use their fireplace. [due to smoke in air etc.,...] It is on their website and also...sadly.. we found out the hard way and got fined.
Please reconsider getting them cleaned. It is a waste of money.....

I stand by my statement with the addendum that some are allowed on some days.
We still got fined for it....it was on one of those days that "are not recommended" but still legally allowed. the judge upheld the ruling...we got fined even when it was not against the law.

Any way for the city to make money I guess.
Careful out there folks.
