TeleContact Resource Services is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to create and execute their email marketing campaigns and programs aimed at driving revenue and increasing customer retention. This unique position will have a dualistic nature that involves managing TeleContact’s own corporate email marketing programs, while also managing the email marketing campaigns of TeleContact’s emerging client base. Primary Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the development of email marketing strategies, audience segmentation recommendations, and email test plan designs
• Contribute and assist in the management of special projects, and work on other marketing tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of email marketing.
• 4-year college degree required will look at equivalent experience
• Must possess 1+ year using email marketing software such as Constant Contact or Lyris Agency Solution
• Background in online marketing with an understanding of campaign performance tracking, email best practices, and data driven marketing tactics.

The Western State Trail Foundation (the Tevis Cup Ride) is seeking a Relationship Manager who will be the point of contact for all fundraising efforts for the WSTF. The Western States 100 Mile One Day Ride (the Tevis) has a worldwide reputation as being the first and most challenging of all equine endurance rides. In the past, funding has come from Ride entries and individual donations and grants, ride sponsorships, and local advertising. In addition to past sources, local, state and federal grant opportunities and large or corporate sponsors are potential funding sources. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for identifying funding opportunities, soliciting funding and/or developing programs or deliverables to accomplish fundraising, and work with the Ride organizers to implement long term fundraising programs. The manager will be responsible for fostering continuing positive relationships with sponsors and donors.
This will be a contractual relationship with a firm or individual as an independent contractor. Compensation will be a monthly base plus commission. Initially the work will be less than full time with the expectation that a successful fund raising program could lead to a full time relationship and commensurate compensation. Demo Representative (Sacramento/East Bay/South Bay)
The primary responsibility of the Demo Representative is to spread the Kinder’s brand name by interacting with customers and fans at various events and promotional demonstrations. This exciting position involves interaction with sales teams and their clients, while supporting our retail partners. It is the Demo Representative’s role to promote the Kinder’s brand and ensure that Kinder’s products are properly merchandised during each event.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Promote Kinder’s products at selected retail grocery outlets. Specific tasks include food handling, preparation, and serving of samples. Local travel is required and assignments will vary. Preferred work locations will be taken into consideration when work schedules are assigned.
2. Educate customers in product knowledge by having the ability to answer questions and engage in conversation with them.
3. Use marketing and sales techniques by notifying customers of promotional opportunities.
4. Other duties as assigned.
