Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties/responsibilities listed below are to be performed when needed, but will not necessarily be performed on a daily basis. Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.

•Provide Back-up to the Secondary Marketing Manager to produce the daily rate sheet including revision and distribution by 9:00 A.M.
•Printing incoming interest rate locks from the Optimal Blue product and pricing software. This includes logging into the Optimal Blue website and printing the lock form for each new interest rate lock received from the branches.
•Best execution of all new interest rate locks from the branches. This includes selecting the interest rate lock in Optimal Blue and clicking on the best execution button which will select the best priced investor to lock the loan with.
•Lock interest rate locks with investors. This includes verifying the price on the commitment with the markup for the particular investor and printing the lock confirmation.
•Export the Branch locks into Mortgage Builder.
•Emailing out the lock confirmation to the loan officer and/or processor, for each individual lock.
•Produce the daily lock report for senior management.
•Produce the daily price comparison report. This includes gathering all investor, preferred lender, Freddie Mac price sheets. This also includes inputting the current market open indications into all investor AOT spreadsheets and emailing the results to upper Management. Answering incoming phone calls. This includes phone calls from branch office staff and banking staff.
•Verifying prices on loans ready for the documents to be drawn. This includes exporting the lock information out of Mortgage Builder and back into Optimal Blue.
•Notifying loan officers when their lock has gone past 10/20 days (depending on the number of lock days) and no loan has been submitted to u/w.

Position Summary:
Responsible for providing effective customer service to the branch offices as well as the banking staff by utilizing knowledge of company policies and procedures pertaining to loan programs and pricing. To lock all branch interest rate locks with the branch as well as with the investor which includes best execution of these locks with all eligible investors to receive the most basis points for each interest rate lock. Track the Mortgage Back Securities Market to gauge where interest rates are at.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties/responsibilities listed below are to be performed when needed, but will not necessarily be performed on a daily basis. Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned to meet business needs.

•Provide Back-up to the Secondary Marketing Manager to produce the daily rate sheet including revision and distribution by 9:00 A.M.
•Printing incoming interest rate locks from the Optimal Blue product and pricing software. This includes logging into the Optimal Blue website and printing the lock form for each new interest rate lock received from the branches.
•Best execution of all new interest rate locks from the branches. This includes selecting the interest rate lock in Optimal Blue and clicking on the best execution button which will select the best priced investor to lock the loan with.
•Lock interest rate locks with investors. This includes verifying the price on the commitment with the markup for the particular investor and printing the lock confirmation.
•Export the Branch locks into Mortgage Builder.
•Emailing out the lock confirmation to the loan officer and/or processor, for each individual lock.
•Produce the daily lock report for senior management.
•Produce the daily price comparison report. This includes gathering all investor, preferred lender, Freddie Mac price sheets. This also includes inputting the current market open indications into all investor AOT spreadsheets and emailing the results to upper Management. Answering incoming phone calls. This includes phone calls from branch office staff and banking staff.
•Verifying prices on loans ready for the documents to be drawn. This includes exporting the lock information out of Mortgage Builder and back into Optimal Blue.
•Notifying loan officers when their lock has gone past 10/20 days (depending on the number of lock days) and no loan has been submitted to u/w.
