Job Summary: Performs laboratory testing of production and prototype units to evaluate reliability of dispensing control, systems, and products. Here's the deal. I am working with someone that has a CNC plasma table. It is an EzRouter controlled by Mach3. The plasma cutter is a Thermal Dynamics 151.
This isn't a full time position. Its a position where you run the table when he has work.
Requirements:
You must be able to use a CAD program such as Solidworks, Autocad or BobCAD/CAM. You must be able to take a customers drawings or create a drawing from a template or create a drawing given an existing part. Once the drawing is created it has to be convert to a .tap file or gcode .txt file.
Currently I am using Autocad to create the drawings, importing the drawing into Sheetcam and using Sheetcam to create the .tap file. Mach3 then runs the code to cut the part.
