Need someone to sublease my room - June & July (Dakota Ranch) $330
I need someone to sublease my room in my apartment this summer! My roommate's lease ends in May, so you will be here by yourself unless someone moves into the other room after May. The apartments are "individual lease" so you will only pay for your room no matter what - roommate or no roommate.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 private baths. One bedroom is bigger than the other and you will be in the bigger one. It's a really good size too, you don't even have to shove the bed up against the wall and if you have a lot of furniture..it will fit! There is a giant walk-in closet as well. The living room has a GREAT view, the apartment has a balcony (also facing the same view --and not of a parking lot!!) and the whole complex is very dog friendly (cats are welcome too though!). The dining area even has a cute bay window!
Because these are luxury student apartments, the rent for this room is normally around $600/mo, but since I moved in pretty late I got a really good deal on rent, which will stay at the same rate for anyone who subleases ($330/mo). The only other bills are water and electricty. Internet and cable are included in the rent!!
There is a pool, a gym and the complex is right on the Tram route. And it normally takes me about 4 minutes (literally) to get to campus if I'm driving. There is also a washer, dryer and d/w in the apartment.

I live about a mile away from Texas State campus at The Herndon House. its a great community of people who will all become your friend (more than likely) Im really sad to be leaving but i have to for school :( so i only want serious replys. I have a townhouse rented at the Executive Townhouses, and I'm looking for a roommate beginning May 16, 2010 for a year long lease.
Rent is $690, divided between the two of us ($345 per person), with utilities shared. As of yet, the most expensive month we've had was about $900 after utilities, internet, cable, and rent, and that was during the winter months (so the heater was running.) Usual rent after utilities runs $400-425.
I do not have the exact dimensions, but it's something like a total of 1600 square feet. 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath. Very roomy, a steal for the price.
